The flat is on the third floor high, several steps and no lift, but when you arrive you find a bright, welcoming, clean and quiet apartment.

• I sanitize all high contact surfaces, including door handles.
• I use detergents and disinfectants approved by official agencies and I wear protective devices to prevent cross-contamination.
• I clean every room by following long cleaning checklists.
• I provide guests with a cleaning kit, to allow them to clean during their stay.
• I operate in compliance with local legislation and all additional safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Sleeping area with two bedrooms:
- "Blue Room" comfortable, spacious and bright with two soundproof windows, where you can see part of the facade of the Church of Santo Spirito.

- "Red Room", with skylight, equally bright, comfortable and soundproofed.
It has a lounge/alcove connected by a comfortable wooden staircase.

The apartment has:

The apartment is located in the lively neighborhood of Santo Spirito one step away from the famous square where every morning,except sunday, there is a small outdoor market.
Is close to the main artistic attraction such as Piazza Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, Ufizzi etc.

From the airport to the apartment (9.3 km) 17 minutes by car.
