Sul lungomare Appartamento 2 camere + sala da pranzo. 71 metri quadrati. Situato di fronte alla spiaggia della "Promenade des Anglais". Dai due piani della duplex vista panoramica sul mare. Casa del pescatore, in stile tipicamente locale e circondata da bellissime palme. Appartamento climatizzato Soleggiato e orientato a sud. Ristrutturato nel 2012. Alto livello di stile contemporaneo. Soggiorno aperto sul Mar Mediterraneo, con un comodo divano letto, TV a schermo piatto e connessione Internet WI-FI illimitata. Su un lungomare incredibile.

Pierre was extremely easy to work with. We had several questions that he answered quickly via VRBO and whatsapp. He was kind to let us checkin and get the keys early. He also gave me tips about the trams, which are right outside. He also gave me an address to have something shipped there. Overall the unit was as described. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room, but spent most days outside. If you go to Nice, also go to Eze and St. Paul De Vennes. We also went to Cannes and used free walking tours of cannes, just giving our guide a tip.

A wonderful location right on the Mediterranean coast. Right out the back door you will find the Carras tram station, where tickets can be purchased to get you further towards Old Town Nice or west to the airport. We also used Bolt (similar yet more reasonably priced than UBER). We used Bolt to make a day trip to Eze and Villefranche-sur-Mer, which were both wonderful to see.We had a wonderful beach day directly across the boulevard for a beach day. The Nice beach has large flat stones, so would recommend water shoes for getting in and out of the water! Definitely go swimming as water was incredible. It would have been wonderful had there been a few beach chairs to use.Our only trouble was with our the pullout couch which was quite bumpy and then the bottom (double) of the metal bunk bed on the first floor, which was very creaky with the slightest movement. We adapted and placed the mattress on the floor, which was much quieter!Overall a wonderful host in a beautiful location.

Location and views the apartment offered were excellent. Pierre was very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and well equipped.Note: if you rent a vehicle for your stay, the assigned parking space is very small, so having a bigger vehicle makes it challenging to park in the space.Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful ocean view condo from May 23rd to May 28, 2019. We loved the place. Owners are also very friendly and helpful. The master bedroom in the upstairs has a roof top window and when you open you get lots of sea breeze and you can hear the waves at night. This condo has a full kitchen and a washer. Well appointed for a family. No elevator but the stairs are not steep and it is a great light exercise.

Posizione ottima con facile accesso a tram, spiaggia e negozi. Host disponibili, proprietà pulita e cucina ben attrezzata. Bellissime viste dal balcone. Perfetto per godersi le serate e visitare i luoghi di interesse.
