We had a small problem with staff right at arrival but have contacted Strawberry Hill directly and am confident they will deal with it

The staff were beyond wonderful! Especially a bartender (she had worked there over 21 years). The property and views were magical, I really looked forward to returning. Stunning views from our room, and so relaxing!

Luscious greenery everywhere. We received a complimentary upgrade to the honeymoon suite and it was beautiful. Very quiet, rustic, clean, spacious.
My husband and I enjoyed walks throughout the property. It was beautiful
I didn’t like that many select areas of the outside of the honeymoon suite were clearly visible from above,

It is a beautiful property and the rooms are lovely
The staff are very unfriendly. There are one or two who were nice, the rest acted like we were a hassle to be there. The prices of the activities and food was just ridiculous. To do a very random hike (which we think should be at least included) was £100? And it was barely a hike at that. I wouldn’t recommend this place
