MAR DE SANTIAGO apartment located on the first line of Las Canteras Beach
Appartamento di 95 metri quadrati, situato sullo stesso viale delle cave, ai piedi della spiaggia. Tutto nuovo (letti, divano, televisione con smart tv e netflix, console per videogiochi, wifi in tutto l'appartamento, elettrodomestici ...). Ha una splendida terrazza dove si può godere di tramonti magici. Si trova a Guanarteme, il quartiere più autentico e tranquillo della spiaggia. La diversità di restauri, sport e parchi per bambini e l'ampia richiesta di scuole di surf rendono l'area un posto incredibile dove andare a fare una passeggiata. A 5 minuti si trova l'auditorium Alfredo Krauss e il centro commerciale Las Arenas (il più importante centro commerciale delle Isole Canarie). A 10 minuti si trova la corte inglese e l'area commerciale di Mesa y López. Proprio sotto l'appartamento, c'è una palestra della catena Go Fit, dove per 9 euro al giorno si può avere una sala fitness, piscina, saune e spa. A pochi metri è possibile trovare supermercati, farmacia, centro benessere, stazione di servizio. Non abbiamo un parcheggio, ma a circa 150 metri, in Calle Churruca, c'è un parcheggio privato dove è possibile entrare e partire con la propria auto per 11 €. La reception può essere fatta in qualsiasi momento, dal momento che viviamo nello stesso edificio, due piani sotto. Sono convinto che ti godrai alcuni giorni meravigliosi e che non avrai altra scelta che innamorarsi dell'isola, ... è praticamente impossibile non farlo;)

Location, location, location. Apartment was clean, spacious, and close to everything. Beautiful mornings on your balcony sipping your beverage of choice while seeing and listing to the ocean rush up to the shore. At night, sleeping to the sounds of the ocean with open windows was superb. Also very quiet location which was a nice suprise given how close to the best beaches you are.
Apartment was as advertised and included everything we need for our family stay. Jose was a exceptional host, and the food, coffees, and drinks at his restaurant just below is top notch, and all while sitting ocean side. Easy one step access to all the restaurants, beaches, ocean walk and everything else las palmas has to offer. A best in class location and holiday experience.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung aufgrund der Lage mit Meerblick ausgesucht. Wir kannten uns bereits aus vorherigen Aufenthalten aus.
Lage direkt an der Promenade mit Restaurants und Spielplätzen, mit direktem Zugang zum traumhaften Sandstrand der 'Playa De Las Canteras'. Touristisch nicht überlaufen, viele Einheimische.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber etwas lieblos und bedarf teilweise einer Renovierung. Plus: breites TV-Angebot und gutes WLAN.
Buchung und nachträgliche Änderung des Zeitraumes problemlos und sehr freundlich in gutem Englisch. Befremdlich waren die erst bei Ankunft angegebener Schlüsselübergabe in der Gaststätte direkt unterhalb der Wohnungen und plötzlich Antworten auf Spanisch, da der Vermieter selbst in Urlaub geflogen ist. Dank google-translator war auch dies zu bewältigen.
Die Internet-Präsentation der Wohnung war sehr wohlwollend aus guter Perspektive.
Zusammenfassend ein schöner Urlaub in einer guten Lage zu einem nicht ausgewogenen Preis-Leistungs

The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower wonderfully powerful although a long shower at full power would not leave much hot water if someone else needed to shower straight after you. With just two of us, we soon worked out the appropriate level to ensure we could both have a hot shower in quick succession.
We had a problem with the kettle and the owner Jose replaced it within 30 minutes of us reporting the problem. You could not ask for better service.
The location is brilliant, right on the front, with a choice of supermarkets all within easy walking distance and one very close by for getting heavy items like bottles of water (and wine). There is a wide selection of excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance. Jose is also one of owners of the restaurant Mar Gastrotasca underneath the apartment. It is well worth a visit. The food is excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. We ate there a number of times and enjoyed every visit.

Der Vermieter ist zwecks Einrichtung des Appartements einmal durch den IKEA-Markt gepflügt. Es war zwar fast alles da, aber ...Entschuldigung... einiges etwas lieblos.
Im Bad fehlen ein paar simple Haken, mit der Nachttischlampe lässt sich eine Sporthalle ausleuchten. Und ein Wasserkocher und ein Brotmesser wären auch schön. Ansonsten haben wir nichts vermisst.
Toll ist der Blick vom Balkon und die Lage im südlichen Teil des Strandes. Hier trifft man vornehmlich Einheimische und fühlt sich nicht wie im 17. Bundesland. Luxus ist der Netflix-Anschluss, WLAN hat bestens funktioniert.
Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, die Restauranttipps, die im Appartement auslagen, waren sehr nützlich. Frisches Obst und Wasser fanden wir zur Begrüßung vor.
Alles in allem ist das Appartement sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
