Absolute gem in Prague! It was one of my favorite things on my trip. Immaculate accommodations, great host, well equipped, great location and comfortable beds.Definitely would stay again and would recommend to others.

There are not enough words to describe this place and the Host. The property is setup so it really feels like home and our Host was amazing. Great communication, very courteous and responsive. He really made us feel like we could relax and have nothing to worry about. The beds are so comfortable, the towels plush, and the coffee amazing. I will be back to Prague and we will stay here if it is available.

Excellent!!! Everything is just right at this place.
Location is perfect! We had a car, but never used it, just to drive from and into the airport. Two bedrooms two bathrooms for two couples is perfect combination. That coffee machine is great. We already ordered the same one for ourself. Plus it had coffee beans for the whole week we were there. That is the right way to do business.

This property was just what we needed for our Cristmas vacation. My family, including two young kids, had a wonderful time. The property is very comfortable and fully equiped, centrally located, and well manged. Rached, the host, was amzazing.
I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.

Excellent location right by old town center. The bakery at the corner was amazing and we used it every day sometimes more than once. The apartment was well supplied and very comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including a fabulous coffee and tea bar. We felt very secure at all times and enjoyed having the lift to get to the fourth floor. The hosts were amazing and very attentive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Well appointed apartment in an excellent location. Vladimir was wonderfully friendly and very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and cutlery. The living room furniture is very comfortable. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom was great to have. In other words, this apartment is exactly as promised and is hosted by very good people.
A few small words about what could make it the best. The heating system is unable to be changed. That means the tenant has no control. The thermostat is set to a temperature that cannot be adjusted. That meant that we were often colder than we would have preferred. It would be better if the tenant could adjust the temperature. There is very little room on either side of the bed in the master bedroom. That means that only very small nightstands can be used. And there are lamps on this nightstands. That leaves very little room for anything else. Too charge your phone in the outlet by the bed, you'll have to unplug the lamp. Finally, the shower diverter in the bathrooms didn't work.
Again, these are small items in a great apartment. We thank Vladimir and Rached for their hospitality and for making our time in Prague very special.

This was a great place in a perfect location. We were one block from the center of Prague. The best bakery in the city was located on our corner which was perfect for daily breakfasts. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you can imagine. two large bedrooms and best of all, when you're traveling with someone, separate bathrooms !
Rached responded to everything immediately and gave us several good restaurant recommendations, we sampled them all.
This property is worth more than 5 stars , but I know that's the maxium we can give !

This beautiful spacious apartment is very clean and convenient. The owner met us at check in and coordinated a driver to meet us at the airport. The apartment building was very secure. There was a coffee machine and tea. We loved our stay here and we’re able to walk almost everywhere. Would highly recommend this apartment.

We (husband and I, 2 adult sons) stayed at this apartment and it was the ideal home base for our stay in Prague. From our first inquiry, Rached was wonderfully responsive and helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed along with plenty of hot water and good AC amidst the heat of August as well. The location is ideal -- walking distance to so many sites and loads of restaurants, etc. We were also very grateful for the offer for transport back and forth to the airport (modest extra fee) -- it made the trip hassle-free.
I would recommend this spot and Rached as a host for anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Everything about this flat was exactly as advertised and the host, Rached, was extremely helpful and responsive. It’s truly around the corner from the old town square. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with a bonus espresso/coffee maker. We had a wonderful stay.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve rented. The apartment is very spacious and has excellent amenities, all in good working order. The location was perfect for all that we wanted to see and do, including nearby restaurants, concert venues and local transportation. Being a couple doors away from “The Bakeshop” was a huge plus. Best cappuccinos & almond croissants ever! Last but not least, Rached is the perfect host. He responds promptly to inquiries and explained everything throughout the apartment when we first arrived. We hope to return to this apartment to further enjoy this beautiful city so rich in amazing historical architecture and culture.

Our family of four stayed at Stare Mesto for five days. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out. Rached always replied quickly to any questions we had and helped arrange transportation from the airport and for excursions. The apartment was in walking distance to everything. Great location! If we are ever in Prague again, we would definitely stay here.

Property was in a choice location, host was very attentive and responsive, facility was spacious and comfortable, modern appliances, upscale remodel, clean and quiet.
Wish there had been a book with detailed explanations(in English) on how to operate the dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, adjust temperature, etc. As well as some information on the local area, maps, suggestions for dining, groceries, etc.
Overall, the VRBO was wonderful!!!

What can we say. Great, spacious, upscale place with comfortable beds and furniture. Perfect for two couples or a family. Our host was instantly responsive to our queries, as we navigated the appliances. Great espresso machine with coffee beans supplied.
Fantastic location down a quet side street, just steps from the main square.
All in all, one of the best places we have rented in over 50 years of renting vacation rentals. You will not be disappointed.

Very modern and updated. Silent A/C, the appliances all looked new! Location was fantastic, and a great bakery on the first floor two doors down from us! The host greeted us when we arrived, and he arranged for travel to/from the airport (at our expense). We would definitely stay here again!

Great location , well appointed apartment.
Owner was very responsive and apartment was as advertised. Only negative was the elevator being out of commission during our entire stay but despite the additional cardio we would absolutely recommend it again.

Perfect Prague
We were so amazed and pleasantly surprised at how awesome this place really is!!!! The owner met us at the door, helped us get our stuff inside, and showed us all the details! Pics do not do the apartment justice. It's huge and very nicely furnished with excellent amenities.
Location - about as good as it gets - you are in the middle of everything but there is no noise.
Beds are super comfy as is the whole apartment.
Check in and out and transfer to and from the airport were a breeze.
Stay here.

Stunning apartment just few minutes walk to the square. The photos do not do it justice, it is a beautiful apartment with great facilities. Booking experience and communication with Rached was excellent and he was extremely helpful and efficient. We would definitely recommend this accommodation .

Fantastic from beginning to end. Rashid was very easy to communicate with. He responded quickly and answered all of our questions. His apartment lived up to the pictures and description. It is just two blocks from the Old Town Square and truly walkable to everything. There are a couple of grocery stores close by the apartment. We took advantage of the fantastic kitchen and had breakfast in the apartment each morning and even made a couple of dinners, too. But there were great restaurants all around so you will definitely want to try some. The apartment really felt like home. Prague is beautiful so I’m sure there are other good places to stay when visiting but I really can’t imagine a better place.
The other big thing Rashid did was arrange a driver to pick us up from the airport (and then pick us up at the apartment for the return flight). It was a very reasonable price and I would absolutely recommend this.

1. it would be hard to beat this location. Short 5-10 minute walk to subway. The most upscale part of Old Town with a short 3 minute walk to the Square. The Bakeshop is next door for coffee & pastry one of the most highly rated in all of Prague. A fantastic Billo grocery is 15 minutes at the Palladium Mall. Restaurants galore minutes away.
