The apartment was very comfortable, fully equipped and centrally located with easy access to public transportation
The apartment was on the 3rd floor so in case you have problem climbing ask for a lower floor

Location and self access.
Tiny bedroom, even hard to enter. Noisy appartment building and Wi-Fi problems.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Vienna. About a 20min walk into the centre but some restaurants located closer and in a very quiet area. The apartment was very large and meant we could spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet too, that worked well for us. Lots of hanging space for clothes too. I l really liked the code entry system for both the main door and the apartment door which is very efficient. There is no lift in the building so I wouldn't recommend if you have mobility issues but for us it was great.
The sofa was extremely hard to sit on but I am really nit picking now. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment so it didn't bother us that much but it really was like sitting on a piece of wood!

I think the property was pretty good value for the money. As the little apartment is right at the street level it can get a little noisy when there is much traffic around.
Eventually we didn't need it, but there is no A/C and when it gets really warm it could be a plus. The pillows were not really comfortable.

Transports are nearby with connections to all city attractions.
Supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby.

Old building and despite the apartment is reasonably well maintained the painting of some walls in the toilet is falling.
Was not possible to shut the heater in toilet off.
No towels in the kitchen.
Not possible to darken the living room and bedroom. Too much light entering early in the morning disturbs the sleep of those unable to sleep with some light.
The bedroom was very small. Around 20 cm from the bed to the walls on both sides of the bed. I barely have space for feet.

Everything was perfect besides one thing : we needed to order taxi to airport as our flight was very early in the morning .
So I wrote on whatsus and asked to help us to order the taxi. I've got no answer though I saw they got it and simply didn't open ////. It was 2 days before we had to leave and we managed but still the host didn't send any answer. Be aware

The accommodation was about a 3 minute walk from the nearest underground station. There was a public park nearby and plenty of options for groceries and eating out within walking distance. The accommodation itself was very spacious and had everything one could need.

Location great as it was just a few minutes walk from the metro station. So just about 15 minutes by metro from Karlsplatz, where the Opera is.

The whole experience in Vienna was a wonderful one, and the accommodation complemented this! A very large room with all facilities included. The instructions for check in are very well detailed and it is very easy to check in. The room is very warm, as is the bathroom, and the design of the entire location is to be appreciated! Very close to underground and surface public parking, very close to public transport and the subway.

We had a great time in Vienna Stay. The apartment is spacious and warm, really beautiful and contemporary. The kitchen has all the neccessary equipments (we would make good use of the oven but there wasn't any because of the smoke detector) . It is well positioned , the staff very communicative.

We needed two sleeping rooms, therefore decided to go for an apartment rather than hotel rooms. This apartment is conveniently close to Tram 2 and Praterstern, easily accessible. Although located on ground floor, the street is very quiet, and the apartment is soundproof. Everything is as described on the booking website; the apartment is clean and has all needed facilities for a comfortable stay. Own adjustable heating unit is a plus in winter.

We knew there was no air conditioning but the June temperatures were higher than we expected and air conditioning was needed.

Incredible stay not too far from city centre of Vienna (it´s across the river but it's only a short walk to the old town). The apartment has everything you need in terms of kitchen and bathroom, and everything was so clean and well-organised (they give you lots of information on how to enter before your arrival).
The price was a little steep but what you got was incredible. Would have been nice to have been provided milk in addition to coffee.

Great place near a big, beautiful park with a public pool for families. All the surfaces used in the apartment were super clean (floor, sinks, etc). The building is old, but the apartment was totally new (in the summer of 2022). We had everything we needed in the kitchen and all stuff was of high quality.
One could manage to see some dust on a spider web high under the ceiling. But as for me, it's not easy to find and not an issue at all :)

Near the n.2 tram direct to the city center. New clean and comfy. Easy access by code. Fluent ommunication with the managers. There is a near parking onlly for 4€ per day. Quiet neighborhood.

The property was clean, and was good for our needs
Near the main sites of the city - can reach by foot.
Clear instructions for entering the appertment and using the faclities were sent by EMail - Did not need to meet anyone for entering to appartment.
The leaving room and the second room are quite small.
No manual key was provided - just electronic one
