Property owner was very easy to work with

The photos don’t do the rental justice. We were 2 but 4 adults & 3 children would be very comfortable. Everything you need (& more) is provided. The outdoor area is delightful. K1st day - no Internet (due to storm) & we were home bound but Mary Ann Crowder pulled out all stops, replaced router & got us back online while we went to dinner.

5 friends met for a long weekend getaway. Life gets busy and although it may become difficult to gather often, this place allowed for a wonderful meeting place to spend time and reconnect with old friends!!

the house location is perfect a short two minute walk to the beach. love the back deck and fenced in yard with fire pit. mary ann is a wonderful host she is always quick to get back to you if you have a question.

Great space! Very stylish and clean. We very much enjoyed the swing in the yard. Beds were comfortable and location was great and not too far from restaurants and the boardwalk. Beach is also walkable! Would stay again, thank you!!

Once again an incredible experience. The Blu-Dolphin is perfect for an enjoyable stay on the bayside of Cape May - immaculate, fully equipped, great outside facilities and close to the beach. Thank you once again Mary Ann for providing such a wonderful home. See you again next year.

We had a great experience at this rental! House is recently renovated and very beautiful! Very close to the beach on the bay and a short drive to attractions. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is impeccably clean. The layout was perfect for our family with bunk beds, open kitchen and living area, 2 bathrooms, full size washer/dryer, etc. Outside area with deck and outdoor shower is lovely and convenient. Location is perfect - house is a block from a quiet kid-friendly beach with gorgeous sunsets. It is a short, easy drive to downtown Cape May and Cape May Point. We’ve stayed at a few places in Cape May in the past and Maryann’s house is now our favorite!

This property was very comfortable and met all our expectations. It was close to the bay, clean and updated. The back patio was great for sitting in the evenings. We will definitely book here again!

What an adorable beach cottage! Spotless and charming, we loved our stay here. Steps to the beach and a perfect place to stay after our daughter’s sports tournament. We wish we had stayed an extra night to enjoy the nice backyard and fire pit. Maybe next year!

Our family had a great stay, very spacious place, clean, and with modern appliances. Beautiful outdoor patio and our daughter loved cooking S’mores over the fire pit. Location was convenient, easily walkable to the Delaware bayside beach, great for sunsets and walking along, though the seemed quite dirty for swimming. I’m any case, anywhere around the Cape May area is less than 15 minutes drive away.

Loved this little gem in North Cape May. It was the perfect size and layout. Clean, bright and airy... just adorable, with a fabulous back porch. We had a fantastic time and would love to visit again!

We loved this beautifully decorated and comfortable house a block from a wonderful small-kid friendly beach on Delaware Bay. The location was great, a quiet neighborhood but easy access to Cap May. We spent the week at the Cape May lighthouse watching the hawk migration. We hit the peak of the eagle and falcon migration. It was fabulous. I can’t recommend this charming house enough.

Like many of the other comments posted, the pictutes do not do this house justice. So beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The fenced backyard with firepit and spacious deck were exactly what we were looking for. Thank you, MaryAnn! We're already looking forward to next year.

Spent a quick weekend with my mom & sisters for her 60th. The house was clean bright and spacious, and had anything we needed. Close to a winery, and the bay beach. We can’t wait to come back.

House was just as pictures described! Backyard was beautiful as well as the inside of the house. Location was great as it was a block away from the beach! Outdoor shower was perfect for coming back and rinsing off. Beach toys, cart, and gear was awesome to have instead of having to pack them

This is our second time staying at this house. We just love this location and proximity to the Bay beach. The house is so clean, up to date with a great kitchen, master bath room and wonderful outdoor back patio area. The owners take great pride in their house and it shows.

Our North Cape May retreat was recently updated and was very clean with h a wonderful beachy vibe to it! The size for us was great and the extras left for us made the stay more enjoyable, i.e., beach chairs, sand toys, paper towels, etc! The location in North Cape May was perfect access to the beach - 240 steps to be exact!! We loved it!

We loved our time at this beautiful house. It was spacious, had beach chairs and umbrellas, and was a short walk to the bay. We would absolutely stay again!

Our family so enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin house. Such a perfect location for a family with two young children, the beach is kid friendly and picturesque, especially at sunset. The house was modern, clean and has a very nice outside area for barbecuing and afternoon meals. We hope to return next year.

This was such a perfect beach rental for our family. Everything was as described and was in excellent condition. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our kids who will be sure to remember this vacation and was a quick walk to the beach. We loved it and hope to come back soon!

Perfect house for a quiet beach getaway. House is completely renovated and nicely decorated. Bedrooms are very comfortable. House is very clean and stocked well with necessities. Backyard and porch are bigger and nicer than in the pictures. Close to the bay and about 15 minutes to the main beach and town for shopping. Would choose this property again!

This was our first time in Cape May. Mary Ann property was spotless, it had all essentials, it was conveniently located to supermarket and 2 blocks away from the beach which with 2 little kids came in handy. Washington street was a quick 15 min drive. We would love to return soon!! We highly recommend this property.

My husband and our two close friends needed a little adult weekend getaway, no kids no worries. We came across this house and seriously what a great place to stay! The pictures don’t do justice. The house was perfect and very clean! The decor was super cute and feels brand new. Mary was the best and super responsive. Short walk to the beach where we enjoyed a short morning walk with coffee and late afternoon lounging on the beach with some wine and cheese. Beach chairs were available at the house. Amazing back yard with fire pit and covered patio with super cozy lounge chairs and swing that made for some great nights just hanging out. Harpoons on the bay restaurant was also walking distance and had great food, service and sunset for dinner. Only 15 minute ride downtown for shopping and restaurants. Extra bedroom for the kids will be a great option in the future and perfect backyard if kids joined us. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Mary!

We had a wonderful late September getaway with our 10 and 7 yr old. As all the other reviews stated: the house is very clean, spacious, has a great backyard and is in a great location. Thank you for everything! The fire pit and covered porch were great and it was so nice to be so close to the beach.

House was very clean, with necessary items in kitchen and bathrooms. Outdoor area was especially nice. Quiet street and a short walk to the bay and Harpoons on the Bay. Enjoyed the sidewalk walking path that runs along the bay. We visited Cox Creek Wildlife Management area nearby too. We are Cape May regulars and never heard of it. Great walking trails. No crowds. Perfect weekend!

My family spent a few days here towards the end of September. The neighborhood and beach were quiet, peaceful, and full of adventure for my young daughters. The backyard is a perfect spot for a relaxing home-cooked meal. Mary Ann was extremely helpful from booking to checkout as well.
