AMIAMO Kauai e speriamo che lo farai anche tu! Siete invitati a venire a godere del nostro condominio splendidamente ristrutturato in paradiso. Una proprietà di fronte all'oceano affascinante e rilassata, Kauai Kailani, un tesoro ritrovato, è convenientemente situato nella pittoresca comunità sul lato spiaggia di Kapaa, sulla splendida spiaggia di Waipouli sulla famosa costa di cocco di Kauai.
Meno di 7 miglia dall'aeroporto, (no, non si sente l'aereo). Hai un facile accesso alle sponde nord o sud e tutto ciò che Kapaa ha da offrire. Kapaa era nella lista di Forbes delle più belle città d'America.
Il nostro condominio è stato completamente rinnovato dalle borchie. Nuova vernice, paraspruzzi e lavatrice / asciugatrice a maggio 2015. Piscine, giardini e lanais sono stati aggiornati anche! Questa è una unità di secondo piano con una piscina e vista sul giardino (anche oceano e vista sulle montagne) dal vostro lanai privato (ponte), a circa 100 passi dalla spiaggia di sabbia.
Questo condominio dal design professionale ha un arredamento hawaiano contemporaneo. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e la tana ha un divano letto matrimoniale. Le porte scorrevoli offrono privacy alla tana. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità.
Accesso alla spiaggia, accesso wireless a Internet gratuito, parcheggio gratuito, barbecue, due piscine private (una di fronte all'oceano, l'altra sotto il lanai), TV via cavo, sedie a sdraio, teli mare e dispositivo di raffreddamento sono a disposizione per il tuo divertimento. Un Pack 'n Play è disponibile su richiesta.
A pochi passi da Starbucks, Safeway, Foodland, diversi ristoranti, negozi e altro ancora.

This was our first trip to Kauai and this location and property were excellent. Super convenient to be across the street from Safeway (and Starbucks/ABC Store/Ross). Easy communication with the hosts and never had to reach out for anything. Trade winds truly blow right through the place and A/C really only needed at night just as the hosts explained it all. Loved having washer/dryer access. Borrowed a beach chair and umbrella. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking meals. Proximity to the beach is as advertised, although it isn’t really for swimming, but excellent for family pictures and experiencing the sunrise. Great experience that we wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you!

We stayed here for 10 days during a family vacation and enjoyed our time overall. The location is outstanding, with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, shave ice, and other conveniences.Good:The unit is spacious and comfortable for a family. The primary bedroom mattress was excellent, and we slept very well. The kitchen was clean, well-stocked, and included useful cooking essentials. Beach chairs and equipment were provided, making beach days easy. There was plenty of closet space, and the second bedroom was very clean. We also enjoyed the pools once we realized we had access to both of them.Bad:Arriving at night was confusing. The complex was dark, and finding the unit and parking was difficult. A map showing the unit, parking, pools, and beach access would be very helpful. The AC worked well in the main living area but did not seem to cool the primary bedroom effectively.The bathroom needs attention. The fan/light was not working, the sink drained slowly, and the shower area could use a deep cleaning. We also noticed dust on lamps and in corners. The couch is worn and likely due for replacement.The unit feels crowded with furniture, rugs, and décor, leaving limited space for personal items. A few updates, better organization, and a thorough cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. With some decluttering, deep cleaning, and a few updates, this property could fully match its excellent location and potential.

unit was fully equiped including extras with beach equipment and chairs available. cooking gear was more than basic and overall the unit was cozy and worked really well. Central location with easy access to everything.

The property is conveniently located for activities on the island. A closet & shade in the condo need repairing.
The windows in the main bedroom & bath would not close all the way causing hot air to enter the rooms.
I appreciated that The island contact was readily available for answers to questions. I enjoyed the use of beach chairs & snorkel equipment
