Desirable Ground Floor Condo in a Gated Community with Pool & Fitness Center!
Recentemente ristrutturato due camere da letto due bagni condominio splendidamente decorato. Questa unità al piano terra si trova nella desiderabile Harbor Oaks, dove non è possibile avvicinarsi a tutto ciò che St. Simons ha da offrire. A sinistra solo pochi isolati è il Pier Village, dove troverete tutte le vostre cene, negozi e attrazioni turistiche, tra cui il molo di pesca, il faro e la zona di divertimento con piscina pubblica e campo da golf. A destra sei a meno di mezzo miglio dalle migliori spiagge di St. Simons alla Coast Guard Station. In questa unità potrete godere di nuovi mobili soggiorno, grande bagno padronale con cabina doccia ristrutturata e ampliata, biancheria nuova e una splendida vista dalla stanza del sole degli stagni di anatra. Centro fitness, tennis e piscina si trovano sul sito così come assegnato parcheggio coperto. Perfect place to escape the hubbub of a four-generation week at the beach. Quiet, well appointed and well maintained. Large community pool and good fitness center for exercising in the heat of the day. Enjoyed watching a wide variety of song birds and shore birds beside the charming pond at the rear of the property. Location is very convenient to the restaurants, shops and pier in the Village.

Needs to be throughly cleaned but very accommodating host! They even bought and delivered a new mattress and they let us extend our stay.pool area is old
