Nelle Azzorre troverai questa splendida villa situata a Ponta Delgada, Vila de Capelas a soli 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto Joao Paulo II e dal centro storico di Ponta Delgada.
Ottimo per vacanze al mare (100 metri), la sua posizione offre tranquillità in un paesaggio caratteristico, ma dove tutto è a pochi minuti di distanza.
Il villaggio di Capelas, oltre ad essere una stazione estiva per il suo microclima, determinato dalle formazioni della roccia basaltica di origine vulcanica, un tempo era noto per la sua storia della Saga di caccia alla balena. Qui ci sono ancora gli ultimi resti di quella che una volta era la vecchia fabbrica di balene sull'isola di São Miguel.
Appena fuori dalla proprietà ci sono sentieri, un lungomare di 2,5 km, punti panoramici con vista mozzafiato, aree ricreative per barbecue, piscine naturali (in mare) e il porto di São Vicente Ferreira.

Rent a car and explore the whole island it’s beautiful!
Good location hiked along the coast ever morning. Close to airport and Ponta Del Gado for night life. Plenty of room for my family of six. Very comfortable stay.

Spacious apartment more than comfortable for 2 adults
We didn’t even use the third bedroom
Honestly we were soo busy hiking this BEAUTIFUL island that we didn’t spend much time at this residences
I think the real question is would I stay there again…YES!

The house is as described with plenty of space and right by ocean path. It is across from stadium but that wasn’t a problem when we were there. Kitchen is well equipped .

Perfect location to explore the island
This home was the perfect spot for us to enjoy all that Sao Miguel has to offer. Extremely clean and comfortable home with great communication with Carlos.

Great property next to the sea and nearby from a natural pool. It’s in a village near to Ponta Delgada. Good size villa and a courtyard inside. Great to walk outside. Carlos, the owner was great with communication sharing great deal of information right from the beginning and throughout our stay there.

Renting through Carlos was a wonderful experience. He helped us with our rental car and answered any and every question that we had leading up to our trip!

Large house near the Ocean of the North Side
In general, this is a very nice property. Lots of space, a really nice enclosed inner courtyard, an outside grill, a nicely equipped kitchen and 1 1/2 baths. You are across the street from the local football/soccer field, unfortunately, no games were played during our stay. Parking was private and easy. Lots of TV and lots of English channels. Short walk to ocean overlook, slightly longer walk to natural swimming pools, and a nice long walk along the ocean. Not really good views from the house being so close to the ocean. Beds were comfy, pillows were decent, large bath towels. A couple of downsides. First, the main bathroom smelled strongly of sewer. We found that putting the stopper in the tub/shower helped, but had to buy air freshener. Second, there is a slight step down as you walk out to the courtyard. The tiles are the same and blend together, both my wife and I almost fell multiple times until we got used to it. A strip of a different color tape on the top would help immensely.

Great place to relax and spread out.
This property was very clean and spacious. The location was beautiful with views of the water and close to the piscina natural. Carlos responded quickly to any questions and provided a thorough list of things to do and places to eat. I highly recommend this property.
