I didn't like multiple contacts about arrival times, ID etc. I didn't like the building works all day Saturday and Sunday morning on the building The furniture is very uncomfortable, so no pleasure spending time in apartment. The heater blows straight onto the very uncomfortable sofa, so unpleasant to sit there anyway.

Location was fantastic. Apartment size and the balcony.

Not clean. Rubbish bin in kitchen had not been emptied from previous occupant. Floors and bathroom had not been cleaned.

The proximity to the beach, amenities (Coles) and eateries. Laundry facilities in the apartment was top notch! Clean bedsheets and towels. Helpful staff at the rental office.

We were in one of the apartments on the first floor. There was uncleared rubbish and the dishwasher wasn’t emptied out and when opened, had a musky odour when we opened it. The apartment smelt of “stale” air upon entry. Dead moths and cobwebs were found on the window sill and sliding doors.
