The space was perfect and had everything I needed for a weekend stay. Instructions for checking into the space were easy to follow. It was within short walking distance of a lot of things and a short drive to several beach/hiking parks. This worked really well for two people and I can see it working for a group of 4 with the loft area (we did not use) and the pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and I was able to make morning coffee with the items stocked. Overall great little place to stay and use a s a jumping off point or a fun staycation.

A little gem in Albany! The back house on this property is a cute little cottage with wonderful art and lots of nice amenities. So cute. We will definitely stay for longer if we have the opportunity in the future. Also the location is amazing; it was walking distance from the restaurant we ate at, Chez Mansour. Robin was a very responsive host which was helpful. We found the main guest bed comfortable but didn't try the loft bed. The kitchen seemed well equipped. The decor was lively and of diverse origin and there were some intriguing books. We didn't use the patio but it looked cute. Thank you, Robin!

Convenient, affordable, great for a visit to the city. Comfortable beds. Kitchen and appliances were easy to use for meals, with access to coffee and cooking supplies. I recommend some fresher spices and condiments. Overall, it was great and Robin was very friendly and communicated well with us.

Stayed here for 1 week as it is close to family. Robin was easy to work with and provided excellent instructions for entry, use of the heater, and other useful information during our stay. We only saw him once but he told us he had knocked a few times to introduce himself but we were not there. His phone number is on the instruction sheet if we needed anything. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient plates, silverware, etc. if you wanted to cook. However, in our opinion this is not your typical VRBO rental and could use some improvements. Advertised as sleeping up to 7 but that would be crowded. Rugs appeared to be old, sliding glass door in the bedroom did not lock (there is a wooden fence around the outside of the slider but could not see if it was accessible or if it had another door that locked). In the kitchen, the refrigerator had a carton of milk left behind and a package of expired frozen chicken in the freezer. The cupboards also had lots of food and some of it was opened. It was easy to find the location and there are security lights if you come and go early morning or late evening. It was quiet in the area and we got a good nights sleep every night.
