Amazing property, plenty of room with a roof terrace overlooking the beach and sea. Location is fantastic with beach only seconds away and an incredible beach at that. Town only a 10 minute walk away and great kitchen to cook to avoid retaurants all the time, though good restaurant very close and beach bar / restaurant 2 mins away.Guido and Roberta were great, easy communication before and during our stay. The place is better than the pictures, highly recommend this to anyone and will comfortably accomodate 6 people (2 double beds and 1 twin bedroom). Thank you so much Guido and Roberta

This accommodation is one of a kind. It combines a rather old building with a modern touch, on a very special location. So many places to sit, outside and inside. The kitchen has been renovated recently and is perfect with also new kitchen utils. May be a bit more cutlery would be good. The tree growing through the roof... Brilliant :DAlthough one could say that some aspects of the inside of the accommodation could may be use an update, as I see it, this can immediately be forgiven by the special character the property has and the cleanliness you step into. It is a lovely place to stay and you keep noticing new details for the first couple of days :)The roof terrace is magnificent, with such a beautiful setting and view. The kids loved the space in and around the property, not to even mention the clean and lovely beach on a few steps away.Guido and Roberta were also very very kind and helpful, providing a warm welcome and goodbye. In the end, the only mistake we made with booking this accomodation is that we stayed here too short. Sure, it isn't cheap, but if we will visit this area of Sardinia again, this property will be No1 of our shortlist without a doubt.

Our stay at this house in Sardinia was truly wonderful. The location is perfect – right by the sea, close to the beach, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The house itself is even nicer than the photos suggest, and we immediately felt at home.The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Of course, as with any house by the sea, you need to be mindful of water and drainage, but if you follow the house rules and treat everything with care, you’ll have a fantastic stay.We were there with our three children, and it was an amazing experience for the whole family. The beaches in Villasimius are absolutely stunning, although quite busy in the high season.We would happily return in the future – thank you very much, Guido!

The good:- The location is perfect, right on Simius beach- The roof terrace is stunning in the mornings, late afternoon and evening (no shade for middle of the day)- Three good sized double rooms- ParkingThe not so good:- The house has many trip hazards for young children and elderly - Unavoidable when you have so much greenery in the gardens, but the mosquitos and wasps are bad- Wifi, the owner informed me the wifi data allowance had run out on day 2, therefore this was done by the previous renters, we had 3 days with no wifi and were told to use our expensive phone data- The main bathroom is very dated, smells and the toilet needs replacing (ensuite bathroom is however very good)- I'm sure it was just a case of lost in translation, but I found the correspondence with the owner to be a little cold.
