Situato nella frazione di Cieloalto (2.200 s.l.m.), a venti minuti a piedi dal centro di Cervinia (e cinque in auto), praticamente sulle piste, un elegante appartamento con mobili di pregio di modernariato nel condominio Schuss 1, progettato dall'architetto torinese Francesco Dolza. Su due livelli, è formato da ingresso, cucina attrezzata, sala da pranzo-soggiorno con vista sul Cervino, al piano inferiore camera da letto e bagno con vasca. In soggiorno, il divano e la poltrona si trasformano in due comodi letti singoli. La camera da letto a piano terra, dotata di letto matrimoniale e di eventuale ulteriore letto singolo, ha un'uscita diretta sulla neve, o, d'estate, sul prato retrostante. La località, lontana dalla folla e molto silenziosa, è servita da navetta-bus ogni mezz'ora a tutte le ore del giorno e la sera, che collega il centro di Cervinia con la località posta sopra il paese (2 km). L'appartamento, fra i larici e con magnifica vista sul Cervino e la Grande Muraille, ha un deposito per gli sci e un posto-macchina nel garage seminterrato (per l'accesso, rivolgersi al portiere).

Located in the hamlet of Cieloalto (2.200 meters on the sea level), at 20 minutes walk from the centre of Cervinia (and 5 minutes by car), practically on the slopes, it is an elegant flat, furnished with 1970s' forniture, in the building Schuss 1, made by architect torinese Francesco Dolza. A duplex, it has an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, with a view on Mount Cervino, and, at the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with tub. In the living, both the sofa and the arm-chair become confortable single beds at nightime. The bedroom on the ground floor, with a double bed, can have a further one single bed, and it opens directly on the snow (or, in summer, on the communal garden). The hamlet, far from the madding crowd and very quiet, has a navette mini-bus, running all day every half an hour and in the evening, connecting central Cervinia with Cieloalto, which is 2 km above the village. The flat, placed among larches trees and with a magnificent view on Mount Cervino and its Grande Muraille, has a private ski-room and an underground garage (for access, ask the doorman).
