L'appartamento si trova in un contesto tranquillo e circondato dal verde all'interno dell'esclusivo Residence San Giorgio. Il centro di Taormina (Corso Umberto e Porta Messina) è a pochi minuti a piedi e si raggiunge con delle rampe di scale e un percorso nel verde del complessso residenziale.
Parrcheggio privato in garage anche per 2 macchine.

L'appartamento ha l'ingresso pedonale dal giardino (scale e sentiero) e l'ingresso dell'auto in fondo alla strada. Un parcheggio/ box privato è riservato agli ospiti dell'appartamento. Il garage dell'edificio è collegato tramite l'ascensore al piano dell'appartamento (perfetto per bagagli pesanti o bambini).
Il modo migliore per raggiungere le spiagge di "Taormina Mare" è prendere la funivia che si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi.

Lovely and luxury apartment in Taormina with a stunning sea view terrace and a shared swimming pool perfect for a refreshing swim after a sunny day passed visiting the archaeological sites or after a full day passed on the beach.
The apartment is located in a beautiful and quite contest, surrounded by the green in the luxury Residence San Giorgio. Ideal location near the center(the residence's gate is only 100 meters far away from GATE MESSINA and Corso Umberto and note that there are some stairs and a path in the green leading to the gate) but, at the same time, away from the noise and the crowd.
IMPORTANT: note that to the town center there are some flights of stairs.

The apartment (180 sq.) is on two floors and has 4 bedrooms (6/7 guest), 4 bathrooms, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, bed linen and towels provided (swimming pool towels provided too) and luxury and antique furniture.

The apartment is right next to the prestigious HOTEL ASHBEE and close the baroque church of San Pancrazio that you will pass by following the stairs (attention:are about 2 ramps of stairs) and a pedestrian path in the green that leads, in few minutes, to the Taormina's shops, restaurants and supermarkets ( only 100 meters far away from GATE MESSINA, Corso Umberto).
The apartment have the pedestrian entrance from the garden ( stairs and path) and the car entrance down by the street(don’t use the provided address if you are by car and use a satellite navigator). A private parking, with locked door, is reserved for the apartment's guests. The building's garage is connected by the elevator to the apartment's floor (perfect for heavy luggage or children).
The best way to reach the beaches in 'Taormina Mare' is to take the cable-way that is located only 5 minutes’ walk.

What a great stay. The apartment was very spacious. There were 6 of us with ample room. Position was great to all restaurants, historic places and the cable car. Taxi rank close by for any external adventures. Fully recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Everything about it is fantastic- comfortable, spacious, location, views. The Old Town is close by with lots to see and do in this beautiful part of Sicily. The housekeeping system runs brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble.

The apartment was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay for our family. The host Sabina was easy to communicate with and her personal recommendations were excellent. The terrace was our favorite gathering and viewing location. The pool was very nice and parking was simple. Although there are several sets of stairs, the apartment is very close, but still quiet, to the center of Taormina with access to shopping, cafes, grocery store and restaurants….tour and taxi options are right close as well.The views are amazing ‼
