The property is badly maintained and the kitchen is not functional. The wiring is not modern and besides not working looks dangerous.
The host is friendly and informative but I would not stay here again. It is too bad because the location is good.

Can't say enough positive things about our stay, the apartment, and the owners! The apartment is in a great location, close walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, etc., beautifully furnished and comfortable. The owners met us when we arrived, showed us around, explained everything, gave recommendations on food and things to do, and let us drop off our bags early in the morning before our rooms were ready. Definitely stay here when in Rome! Thank you Carla!

This apartment was perfect for our family trip to Rome! It was centrally located and a quick walk to all the historical sights. Carli and her husband were wonderful to work with and gave us recommendations for tasty restaurants. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Great Place in Rome
The host and property were both amazing! It was my family’s first trip to Rome, and I don’t know that we could have picked a better location. It felt like it was right in the middle of everything, and still felt very safe. The host of our property was incredible as well!! She assisted us in coordinating transportation from the airport after a long day of traveling, and was very helpful with any other questions we had. I do not typically write reviews, but I feel this property and host were that amazing and the review was well deserved!!

Perfect!
The appartement is spacious, clean and well decorated. The owners ensured personally that we had everything to meet our expectations. Terrasse was awesome to relaxe at the end of a busy day.

Renting this accommodation was perfect. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen. It was central to so many restaurants and the metro. The best part are the hosts. Carla was so quick to respond to any questions and they even visited to say hello and goodbye. They arranged transport for their driver both ways to the airport for a fee. The day we left, the street was closed but she helped easily facilitate for an alternate meeting point around the corner for us and the driver. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here one night before flying home. It was a great location near Termini and historic center. We had already spent 4 days in Rome at the beginning of our trip. This apartment had three bedrooms which is rare. It would be a great place for a family with 3 or 4 kids. However, there is no living area or sitting space so it would have been tough for our family to stay longer. We like to eat in, play card games and hang out at night.
The main apartment was clean but one of the bathrooms Had some mold.

One night in Rome

The apartment is exactly as shown in their photo, very clean and comfortable. You are 7 minutes from Coliseum, close to grocery and cafes. Carla and her husband are perfect hosts. Very attentive and very quick to respond to our questions and needs. Very recommended this apartment.

Family trip to Italy
We cannot thank Carla enough for hosting our family in the heart of Rome steps away from such beautiful landmarks. Truly we experienced the grass routes of this historic city.

Stunning Decor
This property is on a great street with many pastry shops and restaurants. In addition, the decor is modern and stunning . The AC is controlled separately in each bedroom and it has a clothes dryer which were a plus! Best accommodation so far on our trip! We highly recommend !

Rome Apartment, excellent location.
This property is in an awesome location! Stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. We walked to many of the famous attractions, and enjoyed many of the restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate area. It is very close to the train station, which has the amazing Market Centrale.
Carla and her husband are perfect hosts! Very attentive and very quick to respond to our questions and needs.
The Apartment is exactly as shown in their photos, very clean and updated. There is not a living room, but the enclosed patio off the kitchen is nice.
The apartment is quiet and was a perfect place to rest at the end of each day. We felt very safe and very comfortable. Wonderful stay, would choose again!

Excellent!
This is a great location with great amenities. We used all 3 rooms and had plenty of space. surrounding area was very safe and there is easy access to just about anything you need or want!

Must stay!
My friends and I stayed in this apartment in May 2018 and loved it! It is in a very good location, being close to the colosseum by a 15 minute walk and metro for other tourist sites. There were four of us, so more than enough room! Not to mention the patio was adorable if you wanted to bring some food home and eat on the terrace! The apartment was very quiet, except in the early morning for work traffic, but that would be expected in many places, and most times unavoidable. Wi-fi also worked like a charm which is a bonus! And the air conditioning was a life saver when us Canadians weren’t used to the heat! Would definitely come back here again!

Great rental close to many of Rome’s attractions
Rental was as advertised. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious and the whole apartment was updated. Carla was very responsive and helped answer questions before and during our stay.
