CHALET and Country cottage for 8 people
Immerso nel verde , sulla collina di Ranzanico con spettacolare vista sul lago D'Endine.
Ideale per chi ama relax, confort e la romantica vista dell'acqua .
Perfetto per lunghe o brevi passeggiate , e per escursioni turistiche ,naturalistiche e culturali.
Vi offro l'ambiente familiare della mia casa, la conoscenza del territorio, e il desiderio di condividere con voi parole ed esperienze.
Ci incontreremo come amici, nel luogo più accogliente dopo la vostra casa.
La proprietà è composta da due appartamenti indipendenti ognuno , con spettacolare vista lago,
lo “chalet” in legno al primo piano,( circa 70mq:) e la “casina in pietra” a pian terreno( circa 100mq).
Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno 1 camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera doppia a due letti,
Un bagno , una cucina comunicante col soggiorno e una grande terrazza a disposizione.
Sono completamente attrezzati di biancheria ed elettrodomestici, e accessori per bambini:lettino e seggiolone.
IL GIARDINO è CIRCA 15.000 MQ…..con boschetto e angoli relax.
P.S :nello chalet la camera doppia ,ha due letti a castello, ed è possibile aggiungere un terzo letto.
la casina in pietra può ospitare fino a 6 persone, perchè nel soggiorno c'è un divano letto per
due persone.
Nella proprietà sono presenti 3 cani: 2 femmine e un maschio
Nelle vicinanze 3 campi da golf: dai 15,20,50 Km..

We spent a very nice week in Sylvia's apartment and at lake Endine. Very cool!
+ clean and nice apartment
+ great view from terrace
+ centrally located (Bergamo, Milan, Lake Iseo, lots of outdoor and cultural activities)
+ very beautiful lake with good infrastructure (bathing, pedal boats, canoes, restaurants)
+ not so crowded of tourists
+ bar and small grocery shop in walking distance
+ dog friendly
+ friendly landlord
- kitchen a bit small, no oven.
- the most negative experience of this vacation was the website it was booked through (and this is why I am deducting a star) --- next time I will not use homeaway.com/Fewo-direkt.de anymore. I found it very disturbing that for a reservation request credit card details have to be communicated before the availability of the apartment is confirmed.
- the description of the apartment in homeaway.com was a bit misleading. It wasn't clear that with one offer, several apartments are offered. We booked the upper part of Syliva's aparments which is the block house seen in the picture. This is good for 4 persons and has a size of approximately 50m2. I understood the description as one apartment with over 100m2 and for potentially more persons. It wasn't clear that this combined two independent apartments.
But as mentioned above, we spent a very nice time in Ranzanico and the apartment and we thank Silvia for her kind hospitality.

We have visited this property twice and on both occasions we experienced a wonderful stay. The views are spectacular. If you want to experience an area of Italy that is completely unspoilt by tourism where you can live the italian life and eat the local cusine, walk in the mountains, visit wonderful medieval mountain villages (borgos) relax and breath clear mountain area this holiday has all this and more to offer. The accommodation is of a high standard with everything to make a comfortable stay. Lake and swimming pool are a few minutes away by car. The village provides all the essentials which can be reached on foot. The people are friendly and the services are good. The owner of the property made us feel very welcome and is happy to provide information on the area. Our stay at Il lago Racconta has left us with very good memories of this very unspoilt part of Italy.

A very nice house, beautiful nature, wonderful dogs! We really enjoyed the time we've spent in this peaceful place.
A house is nice and clean, has all the necessary appliances. Very well situated with a splendid view over the lake. It is rather close to everywhere - 20 km to Lake Iseo, 30 km to Bergamo, 70 km to Milan. Several good cafes and restaurants are within 10 min drive.
Silvia - the owner - is wonderful!
She is very helpful, ready to give good advice and assistance.
Unfortunatelly we didn't have enough time to see it all, definetly we'll be back.
Resume: two thumbs up, highly recommended!

"Our holiday was one of the best we ever had. From the stunning views to the helpful advice from Silvia, from the beautiful chalet & house it was a wonderful stay. Living in a city it was fantastic to have one of the most beauiful views just outside our door. A truly splendid holiday; one to be repeated."
