Fantastic newly renovated facility, with exceptional sea view and great advice from the staff. Highly recommended.

Separated by just a street from the sea, between numerous bars and restaurants this property is a gem! Being on such a busy location we had absolutely no problem with noise even on the ground floor. There was a small free parking right next to the building and we were able to find a spot every time. The sleek building is very pleasant on the outside and only gets better when you see the interior. We always went out early and came back late and we dread not being able to have a quiet morning coffee in the secluded patio area, as it looked absolutely charming. It also had a couple of hangers for each room to hang wet beach towels. We loved the room from the moment we set foot in it. The interior was modern, welcoming and a perfect combination of minimalistic features and cozy finishing touches here and there. The bathroom design is also very well thought out with a multifunctional shower with different jet options. The bed was large and comfy and the room had plenty of storage space. We had fresh bottles of water in the minibar daily. And we also loved the Alexa module in the room- a very nice little touch that we haven’t seen in any other hotel so far. I believe the lady that greeted us each morning was called Joanna and she was always very welcoming with a calm and warm voice, always willing to give us beach and restaurant recommendations. Can’t recommend enough. The check-in and out process is very easy and flexible. The rooms were cleaned to perfection daily and the common areas were spotless too!

That we stayed only for 4 days. We read Heraklion was the preferred city for nightlife on multiple guides, but once we got to Chania and saw the city and the suite we immediately regretted we didn’t allocate more time to them.

The staff was amazing, very clean and modern rooms in an excellent location.

There was a lot of humidity in the rooms maybe a humidifier will help a lot.

Everything. The place, staff, location of the apartment. The beds were amazing. We could choose the type of pillow. The staff was very nice to us. They helped us with probably everything. We wanted to get on the other side of island and the ladies from the hotel ordered us an car with super price and even they manage that the car came to us to the hotel. Really we couldn´t find a better place to stay in Crete.

JOANNA IS AMAZING! We absolutely loved our stay at Ciel, We had been travelling across Europe for 6 weeks and this was by far our favourite stop. The room was absolutely perfect, Clean, spacious, light filled, and comfortable. Ciel Collection Suites provides every kind of added service you could possibly need on holidays. Johanna the host was seriously the most Lovely, kind hearted person we have met! She was like our own private itinerary planner whilst we were in Crete. She arranged us a hire car, and sent us to all of the most amazing recommended beaches and restaurants. She even gave us beach towels and a beach Umbrella to borrow! Staying at Ciel was like staying at your favourite family members house, Joanna really made us feel like we were at home and taken care of. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Chania, we will be staying here again and hope to see Joanna, she seriously made our stay so great and we will be forever grateful! Thank you Joanna, from your aussie friends !!!

A fantastic place for an overnight stop on the last day of our holiday

The hotel and rooms were very well maintained and designed! Ioanna, who greeted us when we arrived, was extremely generous with her time and recommendations. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable! The breakfast that was included was delicious, from a neighboring restaurant. The staff at the restaurant was wonderful.

The room was very modern, had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated, although small, it had everything we needed. Enough storage space, well equipped. I really appreciated a very warm welcome and extremely useful tips on how to avoid crowds and visit beautiful places/beaches and good restaurants that can only be given by locals. I would definitely recommend it to everybody for a short stay. The location is perfected, it is central, a few steps from a small beach, taverns, and bars yet far enough to avoid noise and crowds. A few minutes walk from the port. Street parking, but there are always available places, even in high season.

The room size, but it was sufficient for a short stay (we stayed 4 days). Next time, I would probably opt for a room upstairs to enjoy the sea view.

It was very modern and beautiful throughout. Exceptionally clean and comfortable - very premium feel at such an affordable price.

Everything was top class, maybe change the blinds to allow less light through.

The location was perfect. Close enough to Chania centre, but far enough away to be quiet. The best part was the wonderful host Joanna. She was exceptional, friendly, enthusiastic and so knowledgeable of what to do. We tried every suggestion and all were fantastic. Thank you Joanna. The décor in the hotel was amazing. The room wonderfully and thoughtfully done. Something you would expect from somewhere charging double the price. Will definitely return.

Very stylish and elegant design

Location and service . Joanna the person in charge really suggested the best places for us to visit and planned out our trip day by day and we were never let down cause what she recommended was amazing.

No breakfast included to rate. Location suited us very well.

The tap in sink although very modern, was not designed well at all.

First of all the people working at this hotel provided exceptional services, they are super friendly and helpful on top of that. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed during my Europe tour so far. We had an ocean view and the breeze from the ocean is unbelievable, very relaxing. The hotel is very clean, the location is much better than downtown Chania, less busy. I originally booked for this trip in 2020, but due to COVID we had to cancel our trip. After our one week stay here, I will definitely come back here again.

The weather in the last 2 days was not conducive to swimming. However, we did go down to the Koum Kapi Beach and dipped our toes in the ocean.

There was nothing to dislike!

The location has ample street parking space (FOC) and yet is within 5 minute walking distance to the Venetian Port where there are many restaurants and shops. The view is sea-fronting along a walkway and the view is respectable. It is better to stay on the second floor. The hotel is modernly styled, clean and comfortable. The chambermaid Joanne is helpful and did her best to arrange laundry service at short notice.

Nothing serious. Well, we did not know that we had to call the hotel operator before we arrived as the operator was not always at the site. We did tell them our ETA in the evening at the booking request. We met a guest outside the hotel and he told us that we had to call them. We did and the operator arrived fairly quickly.

Beautiful room. Decorated really well and great bathroom. Located where we love to walk.

Cups too small and only two coffee pods when there were empty spaces in the coffee pod holder. Only small things.

Joanna you as fantastic - warm and welcoming. the room was comfortable with a great bed, sheets, towels and shower. the view was lovely.

I loved everything

We loved our stay here . The owners upgraded us as it was my birthday and left a little gift . We also ended up having breakfast everyday at the place they had recommended . It was amazing value and cannot be beaten . You can easily walk along the sea all the way to the old town .

It was a great experience. Everything was good. Mrs. Joanna was so sweet and helpful. Also, it is in a great location. Close to everywhere. I would recommend everyone!
