My family had a great time on our end of the summer lake trip. Can't wait to come back next year!

Nestled into a cove on Table Rock Lake is a gated community that makes you feel secure. The condos are complete with tennis courts, swimming pools, and a marina. You have the option of bringing a boat, and there is outside boat storage that is a short distance away. The view is spectacular, after a short walk down to the dock. On both mornings of my walk down to the dock, the water was like glass and perfect for skiing. This marina does not rent boats. Carol was a jewel in communication. She informed us on every aspect of renting the condo from beginning to end. When we left on our trip, we had no questions about her condo. The images online were exactly what she posted. We had a family of six, and the three king bedrooms were a delight. Two bedrooms had their own bathroom. Plus, there was a third bathroom for general usage. We didn't have to compete for bathroom time. In addition, there was a sofa bed. Every amenity was attended to from soaps in the bathroom to cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. It was well prepared. Even though, we weren't at the condo most of the time, except early in the morning, there was a small closed in balcony off of the living room. Games and a tv with videos to watch was another plus. I highly recommend this property and would be one I would visit again.

Extremely pleased with our condo stay. We had 3 couples and it was great to find a 3 BR Condo with 3 King Beds. One of our couples are very picky about cleanliness and I can say this Condo past her detailed inspection. Appreciate the large size and the 3 separate bathrooms. I definitely would rate this condo a 10+ and would stay there again. Only suggestion, I like my room to be dark at night. Blinds did a pretty good, but a porch light was lite on the walkway and some light filtered through. Although it didn't bother my wife. Suggestion, curtains, along with the blinds. Thanks Aunt Carol for making our Branson trip spectacular!

This place was so clean! And spacious! It was a great weekend for everyone. The only drawback was the distance. After dark the roads are a bit scary.

The property was nice and just what we needed for our weekend getaway. The decor was slightly dated and we had to do wash towels and start the drying process prior to checkout which was a little challenging.. The three king size beds with each having a bathroom was the selling point for us. It worked out great for us.
