Immerso nel cuore di Cap Estate, una delle aree più ricche dell'isola esiste una proprietà che si estende su un quarto d'ettaro di paesaggio lussureggiante e una fresca brezza atlantica. Progettato e costruito da celebrità artisti, Rob Zii e sua moglie, Veron, il loro lavoro di amore e di stile e design unici è mozzafiato.
Zatarra House è un moderno, chic ma caraibico designato 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni rifugio, che dorme sei (6) persone e si siede su un ettaro di 3 ettari.
Pitture originali, legno di scorrimento, pavimenti in pietra, ponti in legno, cascata e una bellissima piscina con luci a LED a colori, giardino a erbe, amache Le viste sull'oceano sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche piacevoli della Zatarra House.
Zatarra House non ha mancanza di comodità creature; Moderna cucina ben attrezzata, TV in tutte le camere e una TV Smart nel salotto. Free Wifi in tutto, unità AC in tutte le camere e ventilatori a soffitto.
Camminare nelle docce, grande bagno nella camera da letto principale. E per la cottura esterna ci sono BBQ in vigore.
La proprietà è a pochi minuti da numerose spiagge da godere e dal campo da golf a 18 buche.
Negozi, ristoranti e locali notturni si trovano principalmente in Rodney Bay, che è a soli 5-10 minuti di auto e facile da trovare una volta che gli ospiti hanno fatto il breve tour di orientamento la mattina dopo il loro arrivo, che è sempre stato considerato come un ottimo modo per iniziare E accolto da tutti.

This home was amazing! It was clean, very spacious, and the backyard was to die for! The owner allowed us to have our privacy but ensured that he gave us great suggestions on things to do over the island. We had a great stay and would recommend this home for others.

The house is absolutely gorgeous! There is so much I could say about this place. The host Rob was extremely kind and helpful. He gave us so much information about where to eat and go over text. But then also came over the day after we checked in and gave us more information and made sure we were settling in okay and if we had questions. He was so easy to reach and communicate with all week. He helped us set up massages at the house and set up getting our friend a ride to the airport. The house also has two cats who were the sweetest things. They would just hang out with us all day at the pool or inside and occasionally ask for some snuggles and pets. I would definitely try to book this house again if I were to come back.

This place is lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you might need. The host was friendly and responsive, and the housekeeper was a gem! She kept things tidy and made sure we always had fresh towels, which was so helpful since we were in and out a lot.Just a couple of things to note: There are a pair of cats on the property that I wasn’t aware of before booking. While my friends didn’t mind them, I’m personally not a fan of cats—and they did manage to swipe a piece of our KFC off the counter while we were unpacking! Not a huge deal, but a heads-up or clearer disclaimer on the listing would’ve helped. Also, I found it a bit tricky to locate enough outlets that fit U.S. adapters for charging devices.Overall, though, this was a great stay and I’d absolutely recommend it—just with a note to fellow non-cat lovers to be aware before booking!

The host was an excellent communicator and very responsive, and the housekeeper provided us with clean towels multiple times during the week. However, the property is tired and in need of updating, no aircon in main living areas which was unbearable at times, we couldn't use the outdoor eating area due to ants everywhere and there are wild cats constantly trying to get into the house (although when we mentioned our daughters cat allergy, the host did contain them). Also worth noting is that part of the house is open to the outside and so birds and other critters are in the house. There was a constant noise of dogs barking from neighboring residences. A car is a must for getting to this place and the island roads are an experience in themselves. Locals weren't particularly friendly and there isn't an awful lot to see on the island.
