Long Beach is a great beachfront location. We appreciate the staffed security gate entrance. The Unit is spacious. The 3 bedrooms all have a private bath which was great when our family visited for a few days. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate several people cooking dinner. There is ample dishware and glassware. The beach and view are absolutely gorgeous. The management team was easily reached and responsive to our needs. This was our third year at the resort. We have ready booked this unit for next year.

The condo was perfect for 8 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made showering etc simple and easy. You can't beat the location! Tge view from the 12th floor was spectacular!!

In the photos our condo looked great we were so excited to celebrate my friends 40th birthday there for the week. However when we arrived the condo was filthy. There were dirty old mops left that looked full of bacteria. Everything was covered in a layer of dust. None of the cabinets were wiped down they had food residue on them and inside. Multiple lamps had no light bulbs and were covered in dust as well as all the ceiling fans. There was a dirty cup left in our freezer from the previous tenants. A chunk of hair in our kitchen sink. All the mirrors and glass were dirty with smear marks and hand prints. The mattress pad on the bed was covered in stains when I washed it myself they came out which shows me that nobody had washed it in a while. I wish I could post pictures to show just how dirty it was because i took so many. We were quite disgusted and disappointed with the cleanliness of our condo. We had to go buy our own cleaning supplies. They only left us 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag to use for 8 days.

Plenty of space. Huge rooms. Great location. Gorgeous views. The only downside was the place could use a good deep cleaning but it was fairly clean. The freezer smelled like fish but went away after we cleaned it with Clorox. Would definitely come back.

Long Beach Resort is our favorite. Loved the condo, we had 10 people in our party and had plenty of room. Only complaint was the patio door was hard to open. Beautiful beach, beautiful view and perfect weather.

We were 6 in a group. Ages 30’s on up. Upon driving up… basically harassed by the security guard. Also gave our second vehicle hell. We had just pulled up. Then upon leaving to go to the store after we made it to the condo and got our parking tags… it happened again. Was very upset about that. It was the same security guard 3 times in a row that did that to us. As far as the condo… very nice. Exactly as pictured. More than enough room. The room with the 2 beds, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. I felt that room stayed warm. Thankfully I had brought my fan from home. The tub was dirty from I assume a previous stay in 2 of the bathrooms. We had to scrub them and get the sand out. The balcony was nice to sit on and relax. None of us smoke so I’m glad it was a NO smoking condo. Everything was nice. I wish they had curtains in the living room so you could sleep in… but it was still nice to wake up to a beautiful view. There was more than enough room for us ladies to hang out. We had no issues other than that 1 security guard. Thankfully we only had to deal with him 3 times. One of the elevators was being worked on but that didn’t bother us. Whoever owns the condo owns a beautiful place that would def fit more than 6 people. It was stocked with appliances and cookware that we needed. Even had floats in the condo for us to use. Everything was close by. I really don’t have anything negative to say. I would most def stay at this condo again.

Great location and plenty of room for all of us. The lockout room was perfect for my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. The rental chairs were great having!!! The unit itself was not as clean as I would have hoped. Floors were filthy as we found out when our grandson was crawling around. Bought a mop and bucket to clean them ourselves. Rental agency was notified and they offered to have them come back and reclean. A few things different than the pictures showed. No table and chairs in the lockout room and there was a card table and one broken chair on that third room balcony. Two people couldn’t sit out there together. Well really not even one person with the broken chair. Only one elevator was working. We have stayed at the complex prior and feel that it has become a little run down. We had a great weather and spent much needed time together!!

This Condo was perfect for our family and friends. The room was clean. Very roomy. There were 8 of us. 4 adults and 4 kids. Beautiful view of the gulf. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. the condo is on the corner of S Thomas Dr and Front Beach Rd. The resort is partially gated and has a guarded entrance. The condo has 2 elevators which made our check in quick. all the doors are on coded locks so no keys. The corner unit had great views from all 3 bedrooms. Like most beach condos the sliding glass doors were hard to open and close. The master had a standard door thankfully. There were plenty of chairs on the large balcony. overall the unit was a 7 out of 10.

This property was clean, spacious, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Pineapple Willey’s within walking distance from beach or sidewalk. But most importantly the cores from the living room and both bedrooms spectacular.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. Lots of floats and toys inside the condo for the beach and the two sets of included beach chairs were great. No complaints other than the two queen beds in one of the bedrooms were not very comfortable. Overall I would stay here again!

We are a group of "forever" girlfriends who now are living scattered all over the country. This was our 2nd stay at your condo. And we all agree it was perfect for our needs. From the large interior space, large balcony (we spent countless hours out there), amenities and location, it met all of our needs. Thank you for a great week and we will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything as shown in pictures. Perfect room layout, great balcony and views. Property very nice. The room could have been cleaner but that's pretty much to be expected from a rental and it wasnt ready on time. But would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our spring break get away. Large rooms with charming decor, excellent access to the beach, and beautiful pools. Located near lots of hot spot restaurants and attractions. We were thrilled with the oversized balcony and FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS.

We checked in for 2 weeks and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. There are a few minor things but nothing like in the reviews. The toaster and coffee maker were replaced with a very nice coffee maker and toaster.
The condo is roomy, with the 3 bedroom there is privacy if you want to get away from others in your group for some quiet time.
The building management company does a great job with the grounds. Building is for the most part very clean. Elevators are getting a bit run down ant the exterior entrance doors could use some paint. Overall we are very satisfied with this condo and would stay again.

This unit has great views of the beautiful emerald shores. The bedroom floor to ceiling windows made it seem like you were on the ocean. The balcony was great to lounge or eat with a nice breeze & gorgeous view. We ate in for our week stay. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals using the stovetop, oven or microwave. No issues with any of the appliances including the dishwasher and washer/dryer. You can even watch the sunset while eating at the inside dining table. This unit has a great setup and open concept to the beautiful beach. It was nice also having the free loungers and umbrella on the beach. You will need to bring your own beach towels. With the issues noted with cleaning I did come prepared yet I didn’t have to use anything I brought or clean. Even the couches were vacuumed including the backside and sides. No stains on anything. The master shower glass doors were very clean and new shower liners/curtains in the others. I was amazed at how clean all the outside glass windows were as well. Especially being oceanfront. While the couches were clean the cushions have lost support from normal use. Nothing we couldn’t adjust by using the extra throw pillows for support. The mattresses were not as supportive as we like but that’s preference. Overall, this unit is worth its price and you can’t beat the views! Maybe we got lucky with the cleaning crew but I would recommend you contact the property manager if you have concerns.

Everything was as described. Check in was easy. Communication was excellent. Beautiful condo with lots of room for my family. Great location and you can't beat those gulf views from all 3 bedrooms. We will stay here again. Amazing time had by all.

This was one of the worst condos I’ve been in. Do not stay here, I repeat do not stay here. Here is a list of all the issues we faced.
Has an iron but no ironing board. Plastic drawer in refrigerator is broken and will cut you if you aren’t careful. Shower in double room: fabric shower curtain dirty with a spot that looked like dried blood. Plastic liner covered in mildew in double and lockout room. Told property manager about this and she did have someone come change the curtains. Cracked stove top, toaster with no push down button, flat sheet sat folded underneath pillows instead of on bed, fingerprints all over the glass, black substance between shower wall and door in double room, no potholders, had to buy one. Black substance all around ring of toilet bowl in lockout room. Dishes were all nasty in cabinets, pots and pans were worn out. Baked on food in toaster oven. And bundles of hair on shower wall in king room. We were very disgusted with this condo. Might want to think twice before staying here.

We loved the condo and location. Had plenty of room. Only complaint was condo was not very clean. Sand on couch and dusty floor and chair in master bedroom. Black mold in showers and shower curtains. Had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean them. Sent email and told them not very clean. She apologized and she said she told housekeeping we needed new shower curtains. They did not come and change them while we were there. Master bedroom could use new mattress. Really lumpy. Overall we had a great time. Would stay at Long Beach again.

We had 3 couples who went on this trip and it was a blast. The condo was clean...but we really did have to wait until 330 to get in on check in day. It wasn't the worst though because we could get in the room and get our parking pass and wristband, so we made the best out of arriving at 930.
The kitchen was FULLY stocked. We made pancakes, eggs, bacon and more. Plus! They even had large stock pots for our crab boil. Love having a real kitchen :D
All of the rooms were nice, beds were comfy and plenty of deck furniture. Best part, we couldn't hear the other couples through the walls if you know what I mean...
All around this was a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Condo needed a better cleaning. Mold in Master shower and hadn't been vacuumed...Goldfish crackers under couch, long dark hair in corners of several rooms and bathroom and general dirt on floor and area rugs. Male Security Guard on Day Shift duty was rude-not a great welcoming impression. Others were nice. BIGGEST issue-NO GOLF CARTS on property. No signs at entrance or communication from Rental agency. Only after we rented and returned to property were we advised. Nice Lady security guard gave us info on public lot. Overall a nice stay after spending an hour cleaning the condo and figuring out the GC parking issue. Beautiful Lagoon pool and all rooms are oceanfront.

My family and I stayed at Long Beach Resort 1201-Tower 2. Yes, there were a few minor details as already posted! But overall I can say my family and I enjoyed this unit tremendously!
Every room had access to a balcony! How wonderful is that! VIEWS AND BALCONIES MADE THIS PROPERTY! ❤️
