Light Blue House è un' elegante appartamento collocato in una zona tranquilla e riservata,leggermente in altura ma vicino al mare ed al centro di Letojanni, in circa (4 minuti a piedi) arrivate in spiaggia .Presenta vari comfort come ad esempio ampio posto auto, zona silenziosa e rilassante l’appartamento offre ambienti confortevoli ed arredati con particolare cura nel dettaglio , e dotati di tutti i moderni comfort , è disposta su due livelli , al piano superiore vi sono una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e all'occorrenza una culla per bambini , zona soggiorno con cucina e bagno ed in fine completa l’atmosfera l’esclusivo terrazzo con vista mare e paesaggio naturale circostante per il vostro relax , scendendo al piano inferiore vi è una seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale , una stanza con letto singolo ed un ' ulteriore bagno .

È severamente vietato cambiare la disposizione dei mobili e di tutti gli oggetti della casa che devono assolutamente rimanere come sono e dove sono .E' severamente Vietato fumare in tutto l'appartamento e in qualunque zona della casa, la casa è provvista di sensori anti-fumo , è vietato toccare il quadro elettrico generale e la manopola del gas posizionata sotto il lavello della cucina, per qualunque eventuale problematica contattare direttamente il proprietario che subito provvederà ad ogni evenienza . Troverete la casa completamente pulita e igienizzata compresa la biancheria . Se volete lasciare la casa prima della partenza prevista non vi sarà nessun rimborso , e durante il check in dovrete versare una cauzione di 150 € che vi verrà restituita durante il check out se non ci dovessero essere danni alla struttura , Grazie .
