Good location and fine apartment.

Many missing things for the day to day needs, there is a huge list of rules and fees even for the things that they don’t comply with, such as cleaning, broken stuff… on top, they are not flexible to help with bags (to leave in the house), they never come to check the apartment with you, there is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. We were afraid of every single move in the apartment and never relaxed/comfortable during our stay :/

The flat is in a great location, close to the La Part Dieu station. Comfortable beds and nicely furnished.

Poorly equipped and simply dirty. We had to clean all of the dishes before using, as they were dirty - it’s the guests that need to wash them themselves before leaving so it’s partially on the guests side that forget how to clean after themselves apparently, but at the other hand, the host could check if the apartament is clean before giving it to the next guest. Sofa had unknown stains as well. There are no power outlets in the bathroom so if you want to dry your hair, you need to do so in the kitchen. Additionally, you are obligated to pay 500€ deposit before, which was not clearly described whole booking the facilty.

Good layout with the night area upstairs making this small surface much nicer to live in, especially for 4people (the living/dinning area is very small). Good location, very easy access to the train station and all connecting transport to reach the whole city. We liked the village feel of the area with all shops, square and schools close by (and still very quiet).

Cleanliness was not on point, and maintenance was needed. Quality of the linen also very average.

There was no left // elevator// there was bad smelling , humidity at the entrance of the building all the time, the parking was not that close , you have to walk 200 or 300 Ms , and to get to the parking you have to use the remote //telecommonde// each time , inside the appartement you have to be carful not to harm your head during getting up to the second floor. there was no clothes washing machine.

Great communication about access and parking. Functional apartment with excellent, clean kitchen and bathroom with a good shower. Good value for money overall.

Pillows lumpy and mattress in need of replacement- not the most comfortable sleep. WiFi code not provided in welcome book as claimed - though issue eventually resolved via message. Not all windows had curtains and not all lights had bulbs.

The duplex room is very cozy and homey. It is walking distance from the train station (10 mins). There are number of minimarts and small restaurants in the neighborhood. Though we didn’t get to meet the host in person but they are quite responsive to our messages and they seem to be friendly judging from the messages and guiding materials provided in the room.

The room is located on the 4th floor but would be written as 3rd floor, my understanding is in France, there is Ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor then 3rd floor (no elevator- so if you have a big suitcase then might be a bit inconvenient). So it was a bit confusing for us but we managed it anyways. The walls could be a bit thin we could hear neighbors talking and laughing but it is common for apartments in France.
