Seven of us (2 families) stayed for a week in August and we truly enjoyed our holiday. The photos are accurate although everything on them looks slightly bigger. The communication with Marilena was ok as long it was via texts/emails, her English is very basic but we managed without any issues. She gave us detailed instructions and a short video of how to get to the property. During our stay we needed her advice and she responded within 2-3 hours. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, lots of bathroom towels and towels for the beach. We found the beach chairs/umbrella very handy. The Wi-Fi worked well with 4-5 of us using it at the same time. There’s only one parking space in front of the house, so if you arrive with two cars as us, the second car can be parked for free on the end of the road - few minutes walking from the house. The garden is much smaller than it looks on the pictures but it’s beautifully maintained. There are no showers/foot washers on the beach so the garden shower was very useful to rinse off all the sand before entering the house. The best part of the house is the terrace overlooking the beach. Overall it was a perfect place and an amazing holiday.

Wonderful stay at Geremeas village. We were 6 adults 2 children and 1 toddler. Communication with the host Ms. Congiu was very smooth, she was always available and responsive to all our queries. The house is very spacious and is composed of 4 bedroom, 2 with en-suite and AC, 2 on the lower floor with a shared bathroom and no AC (but with open window overnight it was ok). Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. very nice patio with sea view where we enjoyed our meals. There is everything you need for the beach in the house (sun beds and umbrellas, beach towels). The beach can be reached with a 5’ walk. It is spacious and not very crowded.
There is a mini market near the house with all the basics, however for proper groceries the nearest store is 10’ away by car.
All in all a very positive experience.

Traum-Terrasse
Unser Sommer in Sardinien ging mit 10 Tagen über 30 Graf einher. Die frische Brise auf der Terrasse rettete uns morgens und abends über die Hitze. Im ersten Stock war alles perfekt. Nachts bei offenen Fenster hörte man Autos fahren, das war nicht schlimm. Die im Parterre gelegenen Räume und die Sonnenterrasse waren für uns nicht nutzbar. Räume etwas muffig und Terrasse frisch lasiert. Das hat uns nicht gestört. Es war insgesamt ein Traumurlaub.

Ein Ferienhaus das Freude macht
Das Ferienhaus "Quartu Sant'Elena" hat es uns wirklich angetan - es hält, was es verspricht. In drei Generationen waren wir für gute zwei Wochen dort untergebracht und sind auch heute noch begeistert von der gebotenen Qualität. Wir wurden von Mari und Cesare sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten sowohl auf Englisch als auch auf Deutsch mit ihnen kommunizieren. In ruhiger Lage, ist das Haus geräumig und komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auf der wunderbaren Terrasse (die ganztägig Schatten bietet), haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Nicht nur wegen der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer, sondern auch weil dort immer eine frische Brise ging. Der Strand "Kala & Moru" ist sehr schön. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten da und auch der Rückweg (bergauf) lässt sich sehr gut meistern. Die Straße bis zum Strand ist asphaltiert. Mit einem Bollerwagen konnten wir problemlos unsere ganzen Strandutensilien hin und her transportieren und auch unser 81 jähriger Opa konnte den Weg gut meistern. Der Strand ist relativ groß und Ende Juni nicht überfüllt. Ein kleiner Kiosk bietet Snacks, Eis und gekühlte Getränke. Das Wasser ist übrigens wunderbar. Und wer Lust hat, auch an andere Strände zu fahren, findet in einem Umkreis von 10 - 15km wunderbare Buchten, die sich auch zum Schnorcheln eignen. Alles in einem ein wunderbarer Ort, um als Familie vom stressigen Alltag abzuschalten und die Schönheit Sardiniens zu genießen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Das Haus, das Grundstück, die Lage und die traumhafte Aussicht einfach nur schön und perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Habe mich richtig verliebt in das Anwesen.
Schicke Einrichtung, bequeme Matratzen, super sauber ... Top!!!!! Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!!!! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Perfect holiday
The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was really well equipped - we missed nothing. The garden was beautiful. We enjoyed the view and the closeness to the beach as we could easily walk with our two children (5 and 7 years old) back and forth.
There was a small shop nearby which we didn`t use as we shopped in bigger supermarkets during our trips.
The communication with Marie Elena was great and the check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated.
The weather was really warm (between 20 -25° C) even though it was already the middle of October. The sea was warm enough - our children were almost every day in the water.
We just had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful accommodation very much.

We have had a fantastic stay with 4 adults + 2 young children. The view was breathtaking and the walk to the beach was short. Our host Mari was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Tolle Zeit am Meer
Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, super Ausblick von der Terrasse, Strand zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar. Die Unterkunft bietet beste Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Sardinien Urlaub. Einzig die Umgebung ist ein wenig eintönig, da es sich um eine reine Ferienhaussiedlung handelt.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Meerblick
Wir haben uns in diesem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten und der Blick von der Terasse sind traumhaft schön. Maria Elena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr hat sehr gut geklappt und wir konnten uns mit jeder Frage an sie wenden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeberin sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Aufenthalt mit Kindern
Alles in allem ist das Haus toll, auch mit kleinen Kindern.
Das mehr ist 5min entfernt, der Garten ist gepflegt, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben ein Babybett bekommen, sogar einen Kinderwagen und Mari war sehr zuvorkommend.
Einige Dinge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedürften einer Renovation.

Casa magnifica con qualche ‘MA’
La signora Marilena ci ha accolto nella casa in perfetto orario come stabilito. È stata molto gentile e cordiale e la casa era provvista di ogni confort soprattutto per i nostri bambini (lettino, culla, seggiolone, bacinella per il bagnetto, giochini)
Villetta veramente bella e confortevole MA i 150m dal mare che sono indicati nella descrizione sono un po’ faticosi da fare, soprattutto al ritorno a casa, dopo una giornata di mare perché al rientro ti aspettano 150/200m di salita super ripida...
ogni stanza ha il suo bagno, confort totale, MA le stanze al piano di sotto non possono utilizzare il gabinetto per problemi di scarico e la doccia ha la tenda che ti si appiccica addosso quando cerchi di lavarti
La villa ha uno bellissima terrazza con vista sul mare che abbiamo utilizzato per ogni pranzo e cena e uno splendido giardino MA l’impianto di irrigazione non è sufficiente a coprire tutta la superficie, quindi la signora ci ha chiesto di bagnare vasi e parti non coperte, cosa che abbiamo fatto con piacere visto che già a casa abbiamo un ampio giardino ma non è certo una cosa che si può chiedere a chiunque. Per bagnare tutta la superficie in modo corretto è necessaria un ora al giorno.
Come detto già in principio la casa è magnifica e se la signora riuscisse a sistemare queste piccole cose sarebbe super!

Perfect Villa for a Sardinia welcome
Mari’s Villa was perfect for our final week stay on Sardinia. We wanted a three bedroom home located to explore the eastern coast of Sardinia. It had a great kitchen, great view and when the weather warmed up the front terrace was perfect for breakfast.

We were a group of 8 ( two couples, 3 teenagers and a 5 years old) cold) and the house is quite spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view from the balcony and really close ( a 5 minute walk) to a lovely quite secluded beach. At this time of the year ( mid April) it’s really quiet and the little supermarket & little coffee shop are closed. The same with the nearest supermarket at Torre dele Stelle that only opens weekends. So be sure to buy food before you get to the house.
The downside of the house was the fact it was cold in the basement rooms as no air conditioning there and a window was not closing properly. Also the top floor room air conditioning was not working. But the bed spreads were warm enough and very comfortable. All in all we had a really nice stay. The surroundings are amazing ( great beaches and amazing scenery!) so definitely recommend, specially at a warmer time.

Tolles Haus
Das Haus in Geremeas ist sehr schön gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es ist sehr weiträumig mit drei Schlafzimmern und entsprechenden Bädern.
Die Vermieterin hat alles sehr gut organisiert, so dass unser Urlaub ohne Probleme ablief.
Leider war das Wetter in der Aprilwoche nicht so gut, so dass wir die Umgebung nicht so nutzen konnten, wie wir das vorhatten.

Schönes Haus - herrliche Frühlingssonne
Wir waren in der ersten Märzwoche auf Sardinien und haben das super Wetter und das top-ausgestattete Haus mit Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen.
In direkter Umgebung gibt es herrliche Strände (wir waren sogar baden) und tolle Natur (Capo Carbonara und Sette Fratelli) zu erwandern.

Der Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr schön.
Der Ausblick von der Terasse zum Meer ist wunderschön,
sowie die Lage und die Ruhe.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Bei unserem Besuch hatten wir einige Mitbewohner im Zimmer z.B. viele Ameisen und Mücken aber im erträglichem Rahmen.
Sonst können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen es hat alles was
man als Familie braucht.

We enjoyed our stay, although the Sardinian weather was not what it should have been! The villa was clean and comfortable, with adequate facilities and well placed for the beach. The owner was helpful and pleasant, and helped with shopping and arranging taxi service.(we chose not to hire a car). However, there was a lack of written information, with no contact details for the local hospital or Dr in case of emergency or how to use the appliances, change gas bottles etc, although the owner did explain these on our arrival (in the dark!) Wi-Fi was non-existent. A bus timetable would have been very helpful! Not many local facilities open, but we probably travelled too early. Would certainly recommend Ill Monastaro Hotel, we had an excellent meal and is within walking distance of the villa. Only 3 sunbeds for the beach - there were 6 of us in our party.

inolvidable porche frente al mar y cuidada atención por parte de la casera.
Bien comunicada por carretera con Cagliari, hemos podido disfrutar de una casa con todas las comodidades para pasar unos dias de descanso. A destacar la gentileza de la casera y la limpieza de la casa.
En temporada baja hay que recorrer entre 3 y 8 km para encontrar restaurantes y supermercados.

My wife, my two sons (aged 5 & 7) and myself stayed in this house during the Easter holidays of 2013. We have spent a great time over here. The house is in a real quiet area on walking distance from the beach. The host Marilena is very friendly, making sure everything is present to spend a great holiday. Marilena even bought food, drinks and sweets and put them in the kitchen, so we didn't have to worry about finding a shop open on our arrival on Easter monday.
The house is very clean, there is a spacious living room and (very well equipped) kitchen, and two nice bed rooms. Outside there is a large terrace (with a great view) and a very nice garden. Our children really loved playing in the garden!
The only negative comment I can make is not about the house itself, but rather about its situation. There is no shop or bar within walking distance, you have to take your car direction Cagliari to find a supermarket. Though this is not a huge problem, it means you need to plan your day a bit more.
To conclude: I highly recommend this house if you're looking for a nice house in a quiet environment close to the beach and close to Cagliari.

"We recommend a stay in this luxurious Villa surrounded by an enchanting garden. We still miss having breakfast or dinner on the terrace with stunning view on the sea. All rooms are furnished tastefully and are fully equipped with all those things which make a stay comfortable. It was being on holidays in another house and feel like at home: beautiful, practical, quiet, family-friendly and only two minutes walk from the beach."
