Un piano casa privata in una tranquilla zona residenziale ma ancora nel cuore di St. Simons. A pochi passi da spiagge, Village, Pier, ristoranti e la nuova St. La piscina della comunità di Simon. Completamente e finemente ristrutturato e riarredato, compresa la vernice fresca dappertutto. Ampio cortile privato recintato con grande terrazza. Biancheria fornita. We had a fun week at House on Delegal. It was a convenient location, house was roomy for 3 couples, 1/2 bath was nice to have. The deck in back was a nice place to gather morning and night in October. We had small dogs, privacy fence had large gaps at the bottom, smallest dog escaped several time. House was clean and comfortable, kitchen well supplied.

Property was clean, spacious, amenities were even more than expected which was a bonus. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. The AC worked great and back yard was clean and private. If you are bringing a dog, which we did there is a high fence that borders the entire backyard.
