Il nostro attico con due camere da letto e un bagno con aria condizionata e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita si trova proprio di fronte alla gated community di Puerto Marina. È esposto a sud-est e offre viste sul mare dai balconi della Juliette in entrambe le camere da letto e dalla grande terrazza esposta a sud, che mantiene il sole tutto il giorno. Ha anche una vista panoramica dal nostro solarium privato sul tetto, che è splendidamente arredato con poltrone e lettini.
Il nostro appartamento è in una posizione perfetta per tutti gli ingredienti essenziali di una vacanza al mare. Tutto si trova a 15 minuti a piedi su un terreno pianeggiante, ed è vicino al nuovo aeroporto di Murcia a Corvera, quindi non è necessaria un'auto. A 5 minuti a piedi troverete i supermercati Lidl e Mercadona e una sfilata pedonale di caffè, ristoranti, bar e negozi locali.

Lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. Met at the airport by Rob who showed us around the apartment and gave us tips about the local area. Wonderful sunsets from the balcony. Thoroughly recommend

A perfect apartment in an ideal location for families with kids of all ages. We loved our stay, homely, clean, lovely views, pool close by, town and beach within walking distance along with all other amenities. Looking forward to staying again!

Booked for 10 nights for our family of 4 in late July/early August. Both the owner and local property manager were really helpful before and after booking.
The apartment was spotless when we arrived with everything we needed and more. Air con in whole apartment worked perfectly, more than enough plates, glasses, utensils, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
I would say that this apartment is one of the best located in the complex for both sea views and the welcome breeze on the balcony.
Owner clearly places a lot of value in customer experience and no hidden extra costs/onerous terms that you sometimes get with private rentals.
There were three big pools which our 2 girls loved (both under 10) and plenty of space to sunbathe etc without being on top of other families.
I would 100% recommend this apartment and owner based on our experience.

The property was beautiful and clean with all we could ask for available.
The roof terrace was a bonus and its location being within a stones throw of all the supermarkets, beaches and local towns.
We hired a car for our stay and were able to travel a bit further afield but this would not be required.
We visited the local beaches and some further away, we walked into the Spanish Old town and visited the local produce market on Tuesday morning.
There was a fair close by for evening entertainment and we even managed to see local evening entertainment - however the Spanish have a very laid back approach and most evening entertainment does not start until very, very late!!
The beaches were clean and the pools within the complex were suitably available throughout the day from 08.00 -22.00, which meant a pleasing cooling off swim at around 20.00 was nice.
This area of Spain has a typically Spanish feel to it - there is plenty of other appeal also.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time here, would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent
Booking process with Steve was very easy, Deborah & Rob the property managers were also very helpful. The apartment itself was as advertised well equipped and very clean, the furniture/beds were all comfortable, the WIFI had a good signal as did the TV with lots of UK channels, the balcony and roof terrace were well equipped with tables, chairs & sun loungers. The apartment is a 6/8 mins. walk to a numerous amount of restaurants & bars the beach is a further 5 mins on were you can walk for miles. Overall an excellent stay, am returning in September

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Steve's fantastic apartment. It is clean very well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. We ate in most of the time and conveniently there are 4 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too for eating out. The views from the sunny balcony and roof terrace are wonderful, looking on to the Mar Menor in the distance. The complex is very well maintained with 3 pools and lovely landscaping.
We are regular visitors to Los Alcazares and are sure we will return to this lovely apartment again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Steve's fantastic apartment. It is clean very well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. We ate in most of the time and conveniently there are 4 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too for eating out. The views from the sunny balcony and roof terrace are wonderful, looking on to the Mar Menor in the distance. The complex is very well maintained with 3 pools and lovely landscaping.
We are regular visitors to Los Alcazares and are sure we will return to this lovely apartment again.

Great apartment with everything you'll need.
We stayed for one week in this clean and well equipped apartment. There is a lovely sunny balcony where I ate breakfast every day. We used the roof terrace to watch the fireworks at the end of the local festival too.
The apartment has a well stocked kitchen and was spotless. Kids loved the WiFi. The complex is clean and pleasant with great pools. Sunbeds can be taken down from laundry room with ease. Local area and beach are perfect for a family holiday as everything is within walking distance.
Steve and Debbie were helpful throughout. We hope to book the same apartment again next year as it was perfect for us as a family of 4.

Lovely apartment complex, very clean and we
Very well equipped apartment, just a short walk from three supermarkets. No need for a car, restaurants a five minute walk away, with plenty of choice. Couldn't fault this apartment, transfer from airport by the property manager was good.

Highly Recommend Apartment
We have just spent six month winter rental in Steve,s apartment. Has to be in one of the best positions for all day sun on both the balcony and roof terrace on this complex.
The apartment itself has everything you could need and Is in walking distance to everything ,beach, lots bars , restaurants.
Would highly recommend this apartment for both position and comfort.

Great family time in a lovely apartment
We are a family of five and stayed in Steve's apartment for 10 nights. Apartment is fully equipped, modern, clean and in a safe location with pools on site which were not crowded even during the busiest periods. Beach is a nice 10 min walk through the main strip which makes the short walk colourful and interesting. LIDL is in close proximity. There is another supermarket called Mercado at the entrance to the strip which sells branded products and is convenient to grab a few things on the way back or water bottles, sun cream, snacks etc on the way to the beach. There is a large selection of restaurants serving a variety of cuisines from around the world. Fish & Chips too!
Steve and Deborah were both very helpful and accommodating. Our kids are 12, 8 & 6 and they had a great time, by the end of the trip they were obsessed with Geckos! We will be back soon.

fantastic apartment.equipped to a very high standard
just back from Steve's apt.stayed on this complex before but this is by far the best we have stayed in,very well equipped,in a great situation and met by his resort property manager.who was very helpful and professional.highly reccomended

This is a excellent apartment we are currently here for a 3 month winter stay and can't fault the apartment or Steve the owner he is so helpful. We have had sunshine from morning till dusk due to the location of the apartment, clean complex and everything on your doorstep. Would highly recommend.

Good Holiday Apartment
We stayed here for 4 weeks, the apartment had everything you would need to self cater. The complex was beautifully maintained and very safe. The location was great with shops and restaurants within a few minutes. Certainly recommend hiring cycles.

Fabulous apartment with perfect location
This was our first trip to Murcia and it will certainly not be our last. This apartment is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from 3 supermarkets, practically across 2 roads to the main strip which is full of restaurants and bars. And the bonus, less than 10 minutes from the beach and that's walking with 5 year olds. The apartment itself has all the amenities you would need including air con. It's spotlessly clean and has beautiful views from the balcony if you are looking for a quiet night in sitting with a glass of wine or two. The complex pools are beautiful and the kids had hours of fun. Steve, the apartment owner was really helpful and provides plenty of advice on the area and booked us a taxi to and from the airport. 100% recommend this apartment and we will be booking for next year again.

Fab apartment everything you could possibly need and more for a holiday home, spotlessly clean and great complex, Steve made everything so easy and always answered our emails quickly. We have been to the area may times before but this by far the best apartment we have stayed in. So close to the great restaurants and bars never had a bad meal yet, something for everyone from Chinese Indian Italian Mexican even a fab chippy. would definitely recommend the apartment for couples or young families.

Relaxing, stress free and comfortable
This property is one of the best we have stayed in! From first enquiry to returning home, Steve's communication has been quick, thorough and helpful. The property itself is very clean and equipment and furniture is of excellent quality. The transfer with his agent was quick and she was extremely friendly and helpful too. We had 5 adults staying in the property and there was more than enough room for us all with plenty of seating inside and outside on the balcony and roof terrace. We have been coming to Los Alcazares for 10 years and will continue to do so, as the town and facilities have everything we need just a stroll away. We did have access to a car this year and went on a few trips up and down the coast which added to make this year's holiday fantastic. We didn't want to come home and will be definitely be booking again. Tricia, David and family, near Leeds.

Perfect
This was our 4th visit to the area and this lovely apartment has been the best for location and comfort. Everything is there right down to ice lolly moulds for my 4yr old! Plastic bowls, plates and cutlery for her too! The beds are very comfortable .....a real plus when on holiday. Free WIFI is great.and the Aircon when needed is quiet . Ceiling fans are enough to keep cool during the night. The view from the balcony is perfect for breakfast as well as a glass of Cava after dinner!!. Utility/solarium upstairs is good as keeps washing out of the apartment/balcony , brilliant for slipping away for sunbathing in peace! Pools are spotless and not too heavy with chlorine. The complex is not too busy , and more family orientated than others in the area but still quiet enough. We have booked to go back!

Another Fab Holiday In Los Alcazares
Fab apt. Stayed at this complex numerous times, but this is definitely 1 I'll be recommending - very modern, spacious and the roof terrace and balcony are fab places 2 unwind. Ideally located for lots of lovely restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Excellent apartment in a great location
Would highly recommend this apartment due to the great apartment itself, immaculate and well furnished and also the great location. Ten minute walk to beach/5 min to restaurants and bars, car definitely not needed. A trip to Cartagena is a must, beautiful city, 2 euros on bus which stops outside Wok222, about a 10-15 min walk from the apartment. Roof terrace an added bonus, used this everyday. Rosalinds roof garden and Angela's Italian, both in the square definitely worth a visit, great food at reasonable prices. For a more Spanish feel take a walk into the old town, some good bars and restaurants there too. Will definitely be looking to book again.

Gorgeous apartment in a great location
Stayed at this apartment from 17-27 June. Really couldn't fault it. Apartment itself is immaculate, good quality furnishings and in a fantastic location. Lovely terrace for sitting having breakfast with great views. Added bonus was the roof terrace that had the sun all day, we used this everyday. Handy room off the roof terrace with sink, washing machine and chairs which could be taken down to the pool. Car not needed as everything within walking distance. Old town about a 15 min walk, well worth a visit as some lovely Spanish bars and a couple of nice restaurants. If eating in the square Angela's Italian Restaurant and Rosalinds roof garden are well worth a visit, great food and good value for money. A trip to Cartagena definitely worth a visit. Bus stop outside Wok 222 about a 10-15 min walk, 2 euros and approx 30 min bus journey, lovely city with good shopping and restaurants plus plenty of historic sites. Will definitely look to book again in the future.
