Took my daughter for a weekend in Eureka Springs. Rental was great - great location, decor was great. Will stay again if available.

There were 4 of us gal pals who wanted a place to stay for our short time in Eureka Springs. I would recommend the Farm Cottage for 2 people but not so much 4 people. It's a very small space and so the 4 of us were a bit crowded together. It was my mistake that I didn't read that it has only 1 bathroom. The second bedroom is actually a Murphy bed and is quite cramped. All of that said, the listing was probably accurate and I simply didn't read well enough. It was very clean and the cottage is quite cute - for 2 people. Thank you for the VERY yummy cookies!! What a "sweet" touch! The location was good. Street parking is always a challenge but we figured it out. I would stay there again, but with just my husband. Thank you Amanda and Victor.

The Farm House made for a perfect girls weekend spot!!! The trolley stop is literally across the street and even walking to the shops is close (but the walk home up the steep hill makes me thankful for the trolley!) Clean and cute with comfy beds! And being welcomed with homemade cookies is always a plus!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We stayed here for a two day BFF getaway. The cottage is very cute- great location. The trolley shuttle runs right in front of the cottage- takes you right downtown!

The house was very clean and well appointed. We didn’t cook anything, so I can’t speak to that, but we had everything we needed. The location is excellent for walking to everything, but the parking situation is a bit tricky. The neighbors let us park in their driveway. Not sure what we would have done otherwise because there really isn’t a place to park on the street beside the house. Ermilio’s is a 1 minute walk, which is fantastic. Oh yeah, like everyone else said, the cookies were amazing!

The kids absolutely loved the fresh Chocolate chip Cookies as soon as we arrived. It was the prefect distance to the shops and restaurants. The Cottage is very cute inside and we enjoyed having g the pull out bed for the babies and being able to have our own room as well close to them. We come every year to the Christmas parade from Oklahoma we will definitely be back.

We felt very lucky to get in because it’s so nice I imagine they have it when it out quite a lot. There was good parking. The beds were comfortable I loved the items that she has decorated the house in it just makes you feel like you’re at home.

Welcoming
Very nicely decorated house, clean and comfy. Wonderful bedding and soft plush towels. Had fresh cookies for arrival that kids ate immediately. Plenty of room and great location walking distance to Oscar's Cafe and Ermilio's Italian. Can even walk to downtown for shopping and such, although big hill for way back. I would definitely recommend this house for staying in Eureka Springs.

Wow! I can't say enough about this wonderful cottage/farmhouse. I went for a girls weekend with my mother, sister and niece and this was the perfect little getaway location. The farmhouse itself is fantastic. Impeccably clean and supplied with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. I loved the feel and decor. It is very welcoming and relaxing. The location couldn't have been better. It was away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that we could quickly walk down to the shops. When we were ready for some quiet and calm we could head right back up to the farmhouse and enjoy the view and sounds of birds. There are two excellent restaurants within a 1 minute walk from the house, Oscars and Ermillio's. I hated to leave this wonderful place and can't wait to return. Wish I lived there!

SO Cute! Would do again tomorrow!
We loved staying here!! It was perfect for our family. Close walk to Eureka downtown. Had restaurants super close. The decoration & attention to detail was amazing! Perfect little house overall & we have a family of 5. Had everything you needed & more! The cookies were delicious & the Jacuzzi tub was perfect.

Super cute house in a nice area!
This was the perfect weekend home for us. We loved the attention to detail and the location of the property. The yummy homemade cookies were a plus and gobbled up in no time! PS- There’s a yummy brunch spot a block away called Oscars, and a homemade Italian restaurant across the street- Ermilio’s. We will definitely be back!

It was good, but.......
The heater was not working properly we think. We could not get it to keep the house at 70. We also had another issue that we contacted the home owner owner about. He said he would take care of the problem, but our stay was over, and that didn't help us. Hopefully it will make things more pleasant for those staying in the future. We loved the house. It is adorable. And yes, I would stay there again.

Charming cottage in a picturesque setting
We were in Eureka Springs for a girls weekend, and wanted a place away from the busy Main Street area but close enough to walk. This is the perfect location, and the cottage was beyond charming - from the decor to the cookies waiting for us upon arrival. The trolley stop is very close and a convenient means to many locations in and around Eureka Springs. I would highly recommend using the trolley - the downtown area can be very congested and difficult to get through in a car. There are also some pretty steep hills if you choose to walk so wear comfortable shoes. The cottage had a nice coffee bar, super comfortable beds and had me feeling very nostalgic about my childhood farmhouse. Great attention to detail in every room, just a very lovely place to stay. I would definitely choose this location again.

Our girlfriends get away was enjoyable in the well designed & decorated farmhouse cottage. Thoughtful attention to detail in decorating to support the name of the rental. Walkable to shopping & restaurant on Spring & Main Streets

The Farm House was a great!!
My family enjoyed the little house!! Great location!! Cookies and coffee were provided, which were enjoyed by everyone. Beds were very comfortable. My husband wanted to take the master’s mattress home with us! We will definitely be back.

Perfect little cottage
We love visiting Eureka, and this May be our favorite rental yet. The location was great, within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and well stocked, with nice little personal touches like delicious homemade cookies waiting for us when we checked in. We will definitely stay here again.
