Questa casa bayside è a 3 minuti a piedi dalla famosa spiaggia di Linnell Landing.
La casa si trova in una strada senza uscita per famiglie, ideale per i bambini, e ha una grande veranda protetta per mangiare o godersi le serate. Passeggiata alla spiaggia per meravigliosi tramonti sulla baia. Passeggiata a Cobies per il gelato dopo cena, preferito dalla famiglia. Facile accesso al sentiero della ferrovia lastricata per godere di splendidi panorami mentre si pedala, si cammina o si corre. Nickerson State Park, Cape Cod Sea Camps e Ocean Edge Resort sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Un breve tragitto in auto per il campo da golf di Captains. Avventurati a Chatham, Welfleet, Truro e Provincetown per una divertente escursione diurna o notturna. Sia che tu scelga di essere attivo o semplicemente di rilassarti, non rimarrai deluso da questo ideale nella sede di Brewster!

We loved this place so much that we returned again and were thrilled to be back. The property is still wonderfully kept and the owners have made some lovely updates since our last stay. Everything about this home was just perfect for our family and we made wonderful memories here, and we're already looking forward to the next time we come back to this lovely home. Nancy was very responsive when I had a minor issue (and the issue was 100% mine and not the house's!) Thank you for your hospitality!

This was our second year and we hope to be back for more. Nancy's home is clean and well equipped with anything you'd need on a family beach vacation. We love Linnell at high and low tide, take full advantage of the proximity to the bike trail, and the many local restaurants. It's also convenient to the Orleans grocery stores. The kitchen is very well stocked, the grill is great, the outdoor shower is really perfect and all you need at the end of the day... We never even bother with the indoor shower. The front porch is great for relaxing and the screened in porch is easily our favorite place in the home and where we enjoy all our meals.
We hope to be back again.
