Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the place was super clean, and beautifully decorated, with well-stocked kitchens, beds, and baths. This place is ready for your family, a home away from home but better. I usually stay at a hotel but this was perfect! Checking out was easy and communication was great. Thank you!

This property was just perfect for our first time visit to Greenville. The minute we walked in, we knew we chose the right place. This townhouse is warm and welcoming, beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and offers everything you could possibly need in a very organized manner. You will sleep soundly on the comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. The location is ideal and just a brief walk to downtown’s restaurants, shops, the river and park. The host of this property is terrific and is always available if you have a question. I highly recommend this property and I will be returning!

We loved this location within walking distance of the West End downtown Greenville. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Lovely home (about time for carpet cleaning and refresh - understand this is a challenge with a pet-friendly home).

It was only my wife and I. The other couple cancelled at last minute. The condo was perfect for us. And would have been if the other couple joined as well. Very close to town for walking to restaurants, etc. Safe area. We enjoyed using the fireplace (wood provided)

Loved the location. So walkable to West End and downtown and waterfall yet the comfort of a warm, well appointed home in a safe neighborhood.

Such an ideal location for a friend reunion weekend in Greenville. We parked the cars and walked to everything we needed! Super-clean, quiet, and comfortable - the hosts have thought of everything.

The townhouse was perfectly located and really nice. We parked our car and never had to drive anywhere to get to gorgeous views, delicious restaurants and the swamp rabbit trail! The host was very responsive and the fall weekend was perfect!

Lovely condo, clean, comfortable, bath amenities and plenty of towels. Nice location. Walk to downtown and enjoy the park, restaurants. Owner was accessible and easy to work with. But wish we had known shops and galleries are mostly closed Sunday, Monday and some on Tuesday.

This property was everything we were looking for and more. The owners have thought of everything with the home being well stocked with all you need for your stay! The home is beautifully decorated and in walking distance to the Reedy River park and downtown, we didn’t have to drive anywhere the entire weekend. It’s also pet friendly which allowed us to bring our dog with us which was great. The owners communicated with us to make sure we were settled in ok which was very thoughtful. We definitely will be back again at this property. One of the best we’ve ever stayed at!

We are two moms and teenage daughters who went to The Peace Center to see a show. The apartment was great- big enough for all of us. Clean and stocked. Location was excellent! Could walk to dinners and the show. Would highly recommend!

My friend and I booked this townhouse for a bridge tournament while we were visiting Greenville and it was PERFECT. Great location, nicely decorated ( I loved a lot of the colorful art pieces) and full of amenities.
Nice size kitchen and living spaces, then upstairs has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. .
The owners were super fast to answer any questions. which I had none since they sent out detailed instructions of the check in process, etc.
Cant say enough wonderful things about this place.

My husband, young daughter and I stayed at this property over the weekend. First time visitors to Greenville! We utilize VRBO for a lot of our travel, and have had a lot of different experiences. This property is probably one of the best we've ever rented. It's clean, cozy and fully stocked, from the linens to the paper products to the kitchen items. The property owners are very communicative and so thoughtful in all the extras offered in this property. The bedrooms even have sound machines available to use, which came in handy when fireworks were set off after the baseball game (sleeping toddler). The ballfield is within walking distance of the property as well as some really cool food options, and the heart of downtown is a very short drive (or even walk) away. Access to Falls Park is a quick 5 minute walk down the street. The one thing I will mention, if you have littles, is that the bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs. So if you're worried about stair-climbers, I would throw a baby gate in the car. Otherwise, this is a very family-friendly property. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

February ‘23 was our second time staying in Greenville and the second time staying at the Downtown Townhouse. We’ve already reserved for ‘24. It’s that great a place to stay. The townhouse is lovely and has all the amenities that one could desire. Melinda was delightful in responding to any questions we had. The location is as good as it gets, steps away from anything/everything.

Our family loved our visit to Greenville. Peter and Melinda were great hosts. Their home was very welcoming and in a perfect location to explore Greenville. We were a block from the entry to Falls Park. Such a great spot for walking our dog. We were able to walk to local restaurants and shops. We looks forward to our next trip to Greenville and staying at Peter and Melinda’s townhouse again! Thanks!

Two couples looking for quick weekend over Thanksgiving. This place fit the bill perfectly for us! Quiet street, but just 1 block walk into beautiful Falls Park and all that downtown Greenville has to offer. Plenty of living space, and had the weather been colder we would have definitely used the wood-burning fireplace. Upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable. Highly recommend to those traveling with 1-2 couples or with children; appeared to be pet friendly as well. Location was the best part for us!

We had a wonderful stay in this nice townhome and loved the location! Walking distance to everything downtown and tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable including the sofa sleeper. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and the family room is a wonderful little spot to hang out and enjoy family time. Melinda was a great host to work with and answers questions quickly. She has put a lot of love into this sweet home. We would love to come back and stay again!

My wife and I stayed in this condo for five nights. The entire experience was wonderful! This two bedroom facility was immaculate. Everything we needed was included except the food. Our future visits will always include a stay here.

Great, walkable location and very clean. It was as represented in the photos, except the patio is darker and less inviting than it looks in the pictures. The only minor annoyance was that the master shower is small and has an immovable shower head making it impossible to escape the spray to shave your legs. Overall, it it very comfortable for 2-4 adults.

Return visit to the same property. Great location and loved being so close to the Reedy River Park and Unity Park. Dogs enjoyed all of the walking.

This rental was perfect for us.
Great location for exploring downtown and riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It was very clean and extremely well equipped. They thought of EVERYTHING !
The only negative was when we arrived, there were those bad perfume air fresher plug ins, both downstairs and upstairs. (Instant headache)The smell was so strong and off putting that we had to take them out and open windows . Easy Fix ! That's the only negative thing I can say about our stay.
Loved it!
We hope to stay there again next visit.
