Luxurious accommodation with large terrace and stunning sea views
Il pavimento della terrazza si trova nella parte superiore del quinto piano di una bella e moderna casa. Sul cortile chiuso c'è una grande piscina con piscina normale e piscina per bambini. Questo è apprezzato da noi e da tutti i nostri ospiti.
Il piano ha due ampie camere da letto, cucina davvero buona, ampio soggiorno con salotto e sala da pranzo. Il divano è un divano letto che può ospitare due innamorati o due bambini. Ha una dimensione del letto di 140x200 cm. Due bagni completamente attrezzati e una terrazza di 50 mq esposta a sud con vista sul mare.
Ci sono pochissime terrazze di questo tipo nella zona. La terrazza ha una zona pranzo con tenda da sole in modo da poter scegliere di mangiare all'ombra, ideale per le calde giornate di sole. C'è anche una grande griglia a gas. Un'altra parte della terrazza ha divani e poltrone per socializzare con buoni amici e magari qualcosa di buono nei bicchieri. Di sera, le candele possono essere illuminate per la meravigliosa atmosfera.
Un'altra parte della terrazza ha comodi lettini. Perfetto per giornate pigre al sole se non puoi prendere i 100 metri dalla spiaggia. Ma sulla terrazza si può anche avere un muro di sole nel rifugio durante la stagione leggermente più fresca. Questa terrazza funziona davvero tutto l'anno.
L'interno dell'appartamento è di prim'ordine. Completamente moderno con tutte le strutture che potreste desiderare.

Absolutely loved it, ages 30 - 60. Everything you could wish for, the photo's dont do it justice. The apartment and the facilities meticulously clean. Its a skip and a hop from the beach with a supermarket on your doorstep.The pool area is gorgeous too. We will definitely re book and recommend.

Absolutely wonderful apartment gorgeous balcony. Comfy beds, everything thought of, really well equipped. Lightweight folding beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Only 2 sunloungers on balcony, fine for us but may be an issue if 4 or 6 sharing. Lovely warm pool, and very clean throughout the complex. The pool doesn't open until mid June and is not open all day, while we were there the opening times were 12:30-3:30 & 17:30-20:30. This didn't bother us but it's not mentioned in the apartment details so one thing to note. We will definitely be returning, it really was the nicest apartment we've ever stayed in. Lovely area, touristy but Spanish tourists not English and we found everyone very friendly and lots of nice restaurants. Our favourites were Jordis tapas, always a queue but worth the wait and Donald Luna just round the corner, really friendly staff and lovely food. Can't wait to return.

This top floor apartment with a large balcony is well equipt with everything you need for a self catering/beach holiday. No need to take a hairdryer, beach towels or buy chairs for the beach this apartment has it all. There is a supermarket across the road & plenty bars & restaurants close by. We ate at Sal y Pepes about 500 yards to the right next to the church (fab Italian food) Mogador & Jordi bar tapas (very busy had to wait for a table but it was lovely) some of these were recommended in the guest book. Communication with Kristina is excellent as always with clear instructions to get there and into your very secure apartment block. There is a garage to park your car. The communal pool was not open (they were getting it ready possibly for next week) however this would not stop us from booking this apartment again. We simply went down to the beach after the sun left the terrace. All in all an excellent apartment and a lovely lazy week in the sun.. Alison & Barrie

We loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious; incredibly well-equipped; had amazing views from the enormous balcony and located in a safe and well cared for block across the road from a huge supermarket and a few minutes' walk to the beach and some great restaurants.It was impossibly hard to shut the door one final time - we really didn't want to leave. Thanks Kristina!
