Una bellissima 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa recentemente ristrutturati con un grande cortile privato recintato completo di pozzo del fuoco, patio a due piani con pergola coperta e una zona per grigliate. La suite matrimoniale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno annesso, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. TV via cavo in ogni camera, WIFI e una lavanderia completa.
Fai una breve passeggiata di 2 isolati fino a Pompano Joe's, siediti, rilassati e goditi un cocktail mentre guardi l'incredibile tramonto sulle splendide acque verde blu del Golfo del Messico e Miramar Beach.
Dopo una notte in città o un pasto meraviglioso in uno dei nostri numerosi ristoranti locali, torna a casa per rilassarti sul ponte del cortile privato o rilassarti in uno dei divani lussuosi e guardare il tuo programma TV o film preferito.

We had a wonderful time, the house is conveniently located....a walk to the beach, short drives to restaurants etcSpacious, great patio!

Lovely, spacious home just blocks from the beach. The air conditioning worked well and we were very comfortable in the home. The bedrooms were a good size and had closets with hangers and dressers. The additional pillow mattress toppers on top of the mattress were a bit too soft for our liking (we prefer a medium/firm mattress), but the beds were of good quality with nice linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Kitchen appliances and cookware were adequate for a simple meal. The back patio and yard are huge compared to nearby properties. It was nice to sit on the patio and enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks. The location is very convenient - a short drive away from a variety of family activities, the Harbor Walk, watersports, shops, and an Outlet Mall. The Winn-Dixie grocery store wasn't far, and it had the best grocery selection compared to the Publix grocery store. We highly recommend the Jackacudas Seafood and Sushi restaurant, just a couple of miles away in Destin. Amazing food! We ate there several times. This is a great home is a great location!

This was the perfect place for my family! The backyard was so inviting and relaxing. We spent most nights back there. Close to the beach, what more can you ask for? If It were for sale, I would be rush to purchase it
