La casa è una nuovissima costruzione con tutti i mobili nuovi di zecca. La proprietà futures 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Ogni camera è ben arredata. La master suite con letto matrimoniale ha 2 cabine armadio con bagno privato. Due camere da letto hanno letti queen size, una delle quali ha il proprio bagno. La quarta camera ha due letti full size. La futura casa cucina completa per la famiglia a cui piace cucinare e cenare a casa. All'esterno c'è un bel patio grande con piscina e spa moderne. Questa è perfetta casa vacanza con splendida vista sulle montagne.

Anna, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating. The location of this home is very convenient to both downtown Palm Springs and Palm Desert in addition to being <3 miles from the airport. The kitchen is very large and stocked with everything you need to cook. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. Beds are very comfortable. We turned one bedroom into an office so it was easy to WFH. Beautiful views from the patio and pool and large outdoor table with many chairs.

Excellent home in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub are kept in an excellent condition. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside. Do make sure you are aware of cathedral city policy on the noise and party, but we had no issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you want relaxed and quiet holiday.

The house was super clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The kitchen was very large and the beds were comfortable. The house and pool area was perfect for our family of 5. There is a nice covered sitting area outside. Quiet neighborhood, just outside of Palm Springs, only a 10min drive to downtown Palm Springs. Owner was very responsive with any communication or questions we had. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a ton of space and a great space to mingle and eat. The bedrooms were big and laid out well. The outdoor space is great to hang out with friends. I would recommend this house.
