Although sparsely furnished, it was adequate, however; the kitchen had no provision for utensils for the oven, not enough dishware selections and very unsharp knifes. There were no extra trash bags provided and no detergent for the dishwasher. One bathroom had serious difficulty with providing reliable hot water which was very disturbing to us guests. The ice cube trays were too cheap to work well, the kitchen faucet lacked the insert , one bathroom stopper was not working correctly and the towel bar was falling off the wall. The information online was most difficult to interpret according to location and how to enter parking lot and door. We had to ask residents for help. Also, there were 3 different codes provided for the internet and with great irritation, we figured it out only to have to input it again. Even though all the above needs attention, our stay there was sufficient, just a bit disappointing to have to deal with any problems.

My colleague & I, being females, were not familiar w/the area so with the listing stating secure building w/parking we booked it & it was a key entry for both. Communication was good, apartment was clean & spacious. There's no TV in the Livingroom, just bedrooms, not a big deal to us but maybe others. Walking distance to grocery store & retail stores. We will rent again if in the area.

The building is in an easy to access location with underground, secured parking. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay.

We rented this property for college move in and it was perfect. Communication was immediate and clear. No issues while we were at the property. Some noise from the street but not bothersome to us. We walked around the area and free parking and close vicinity to Winn Dixie was key! Would rent from again.

Great Vacation Rental
This rental was immaculate, and even had items such as paper towel, dish soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and liquid hand soap. The bed was comfortable. There were ample dishes, silverware and pots and pans for cooking. Safe, secure building with free parking. I will definately stay here again. Neighborhood is beautiful and convenient.

This apartment is close to a nice neighborhood, shopping and restaurants and bus system. But the nightclub across the street has loud patrons from midnight until 4 a.m. I finally downloaded a white noise app that helped me sleep through it . I would stay there again.

The location is perfect, it is walking distance from Miracle Mile and supermarkets. The apartment is well equipped, parking space and washing machine/dryer available. Yelipsa is amazing as well, she is really helpful and responds fast to any query.

The apartment is well equiped and close to supermarkets. Parking your car is not a problem at all since a parking space is available in the building. Overall a very pleasant stay in a convenient location.

The property is exactly as described: safe and accessible building, very comfortable and clean, equipped for short- or long-term stay. Yelipza is extremely responsive and if anything is amiss, she (or her handy man) instantly takes care of it. We will ABSOLUTELY stay again...and again! Thank you!

Comfort and Caring at its Best
I reviewed many sites prior to booking Yelipza's condo, and this one seemed very inviting with many positive reviews from past renters.
My family and I were in town for a long-awaited and much anticipated international convention entitled "Love Never Fails". At the last minute, we felt it better to go down the night before the convention began in an effort to be truly refreshed. We contacted Yelipza (at the last minute I might add), and she was so accommodating. Due to circumstances with work, we arrived later than expected. She was so caring and made sure that we arrived safely and that all was well. The home was well decorated and quite cozy with very precise directions for everything we may have needed during our stay. We really hated to leave. The location was perfect for anything we needed. If we have occasion to be in the Miami area for any reason, Yelipza will be the first person we contact in hopes that her lovely home is available for our rental.

Check In was no problem.I met the security gentleman.He directed me where to park and he was kind enough to let me in.The place is modern looking and is fully equipped with everything I needed.Yaliza responded in timely manner.I had no issues.

Cute clean place!
Husband and I stayed w 2 teen sons here for most of a week. The condo is clean, cute and well appointed. We found it a bit confusing to get into the building and park for the first time but owner was responsive and patient and helpful. A nice fit for our family.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Easy walking to supermarket and a few restaurants. Convenient to merrick Park and Miracle Mile. We would stay here again

Welcome to Miami
This is a nice apartment, if a little basic and the condition of some of the fixtures and fittings seemed a little tired and in need of renovation. That said the apartment was perfectly good enough for a 3 night stay, although we had not done our homework enough and should really have stayed in Miami Beach. It was ok as we had a car but it is not as close as we had thought - no fault of owners, that is our bad! Denny’s around corner for great breakfast as well as huge Publix for necessary grocery shopping so all in all a decent location. Miami is well worth exploring but limited time in 2 days but a place I’d like to return to.

Great place to stay
We were staying at Yelpisa 4 of us. The condo is GREAT! Spacious, clean, good location, good parking no hassle to check in late. Soft towels, everything was really really excellent!! Thank You Yelpisa, Great Host !!!

Fully equipped, clean, comfortable, secure & good location
This property is well maintained and managed. Miss Yelipza was very helpful and available to assist. Parking garage for rental car was also a plus. Walking distance to good eats (especially those located at nearby Miracle Mile) and Winn Dixie Supermarket across the street. Definitely recommend this property.

Clean and full of everything you need. And a host who always reacts.
We stayed here in the 3rd week of August, 2018. It was a bit of a challenge getting in, but following the description Yelipza had given, it all went well. We arrived hungry and thirsty from the airport and were very pleased to be welcomed with a six- pack of water. To still our hunger we walked to the nearby Cuban family restaurant. As it was very crowded we did a take out and enjoyed it at our beautiful dinner table. Yelipza’s apartment is very nice as shown on the pictures, and clean. The beds and bedlinnens were very comfortable. She had even provided shampoos, conditioners and shower gels and also detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher. Having 2 baths was very convienient for our family of 4 with 2 ‘kids’ (17 and 21). The location is great too. Not far from the airport and a Wynn Dixie and several restaurants on walking distance. We had a very nice stay and Yelipza was always responsive, from the booking on. We were also grateful for the early check-in. We would definately stay here again!

We would definitely rent this apartment again. It had everything we wanted and needed for our stay. Not too far from Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Clean and well laid out.
Very clean, conveniently located, and accessible from larger Miami. Minor problem with accessing Wifi on a PC--phones and iPad accessed wifi immediately. The condo manager was extremely helpful on our first day getting in and finding parking.
