Contemporary Beach Front Gem - Private Infinity Pool!
Questo moderno gioiello fronte mare contemporaneo si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia nella bella comunità recintata di fronte alla spiaggia di Hermosa Palms, in Costa Rica. La casa è molto ben tenuta e rifornita completamente con tutti i servizi necessari per godersi una vacanza di fronte alla spiaggia. Il piano Open Floor della cucina, nel soggiorno e nella sala da pranzo, che poi sfocia su un bel patio coperto sulla spiaggia. Belle viste sulla spiaggia sono viste in questi spazi abitativi e in 2 delle 3 camere da letto!
Ogni camera da letto ha un bagno e le camere da letto sono estremamente spaziose e separate l'una dall'altra per offrire una maggiore privacy. .
La camera da letto principale al secondo piano ha una bella zona salotto e una piscina con idromassaggio vista oceano sul patio.
La camera da letto principale al primo piano è spaziosa e ha anche un bagno privato.
La terza camera è anche al primo piano.
La piscina condominiale sulla spiaggia si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla casa, dove potrete gustare drink, snack e pasti dal bar sull'acqua.

This house was perfect for our week long family vacation over Christmas (6 adults and 4 kids ages 11-15). The house was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. We loved having King Beds in all bedrooms. The living spaces, both inside and outside, were very spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated having pool/beach towels, a large outdoor grill, robes and nice hairdryers. Hermosa Palms is a small, gated community- very safe and it was fun being able to utilize the neighborhood pool and restaurant. Excellent property management. We would love to return and would stay in the exact same house. It was fabulous!

We had a wonderful time and the house was in a PERFECT location. The beach was stunning and the surf was huge and perfect for surfing. The house was clean and very well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and all electronics worked great. My only complaint would be that the pool filter turned off on our last day and the outside shower knob was broken. These were minor issues though and didn’t affect our stay at all. We would absolutely return!!

If you want to enjoy (and surf!) Hermosa Beach - this is the place to stay. House is great! Right at the beach! Rooms are spacious and confortable. Air conditioner in the whole house - a must on summer time. There is a jacuzzi outside the master bedroom, perfect to just relax and watch the sunset! We asked for daily maid service (paid apart) - which worked great, with the bonus that she cooked very well local plates! So we had galo-pinto and guacamole for breakfast! I highly recommend the house and am most definitely comming back!
