Renovated in 2017, with air conditioning added in 2023, a romantic studio named after its architecture — resembling a small medieval battlemented tower. 40 sqm, third floor, sleeps up to 4.



Lo spazio:

A bright living area with two single beds under a sloped ceiling, looking out over Vernazza's lanes. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine, opening onto the terrace. The terrace, with a new sun awning, offers a spectacular view over Vernazza, Piazza Marconi and the coast as far as Monterosso and Punta Mesco. In the tower section, a double bed with an uninterrupted sea view and a view of the Santa Margherita bell tower. Bathroom with shower. Safety gate on the internal stairs.



Accesso ospiti:

Third floor, reached by a fairly steep external staircase leading to the main door, no lift. Exclusive access to the studio.

In the heart of Vernazza: Piazza Marconi, restaurants, cafés and Ligurian shops, the little harbour and the Cinque Terre coastal trails, all a short walk away.



Come muoversi:

The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for drivers (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), shuttle and a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes). Advance booking recommended (roughly €20/day).

We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar — plus our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout. Concierge office in Vernazza open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Assisted check-in 3:00pm–7:00pm, late check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm with a €50 supplement, no check-in possible after 10:00pm — past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway. One small dog welcome for a supplement, on a lead in communal areas, not on beds or sofas. Heating switched off from 1 April to 8 November.
