The food at the à la carte dinner was excellent, but unfortunately the service was far below the standard I would expect. When I asked for olive oil and salt, the waiter replied that the salad was already seasoned. I explained that I would still like some olive oil and salt. Despite my request, the oil he brought was not olive oil. When I pointed this out and asked him to take it away, he returned shortly afterwards with a box containing several small bottles of flavoured olive oils. However, all of them were empty except for the chilli-flavoured one. For a restaurant serving food of such high quality, the level of service was very disappointing and did not match the standard of the cuisine.

It’s been a while since I felt so taken care of. The staff is super friendly and professional, facilities are fresh and comfortable, breakfast buffet provide nice variety.
