Lokacija je bila super, le nekaj minut do mestne plaže. V apartmaju je bilo znosno, ker so pred stavbo drevesa.

Nimam pripomb.

Apartma zelo udoben.

Ticha lokalita, dobre zariadena kuchyna, pekne izby, zasklene dve lodžie, dobra dispozicia bytu.

Plesen na strope v kupelni, podlahy neboli velmi ciste po prichode, sprchovacia hlavica bola prasknuta.

Location is good, close to the sea. 2 balconies, free parking in front of the house, 6 people can fit the beds.

It was not very clean - floors dusty, not properly wiped, especially the edges, and behind doors. Shower cabinet seals with buildup and mold. Washing machine does not spin, leaving the laundry soaking wet. Bathroom faucet perlator missing a seal, spraying water to the sides (we fixed it), fridge does not want to close properly unless you push it shut. A cover under the oven missing, exposing a hole full of dust and dirt. Pull out sofa with black faux leather sides falling to pieces, small living room table has a broken shelf holder, which you find out, when you put something on the shelf, and suddenly it tilts making your things fall on the floor. Clothes stand broken, held together with a few pieces of metal and 2 steel bands, coming apart if you hang something heavier... They ask 10€ per night for a small dog, which, considering the lacking cleanliness, and general "used" state of the appartment and its equipment, we do not find appropriate. No complaints if it were really properly clean and presentable. Not for people looking for hotel level hygiene. We visit Umag since 2018 and can compare with other accomodations.
