Struttura meravigliosa, collegata con tutto, necessaria autovettura.

Nulla, tutto perfetto.

Camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti. Aria condizionata nelle camere. Proprietaria gentilissima. Parcheggio privato in loco. Buona colazione. Situato in una posizione strategica...sulla Ponentina...vicino alla stazione di Pomezia e vicino alla Laurentina.

Proprietaria Eva gentilissima e disponibile....staff molto accogliente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura ben gestita, curatissima, posizione ottima e strategica per la vicinanza a Roma e mare ma comunque immersa nel verde. Torneremo presto e porteremo con piacere i nostri amici. Consigliatissimo. Un abbraccio affettuoso a tutto lo staff.

The swimming pool. Nice shower, but the water taps in the bathroom weren't clean.. They cook an evening meal (at a fixed time). Good price for what you get.

Stayed for one night while travelling. Almost all the staff don's speak english and is uncomfortable in communicating with people who don't speek Italian. Even about the smallest things. They didn't even respond to my questions untill someone arrived who did speak english. I have never experienced this in other b en b's in Italy. It made me feel very uncomfortable, since I was trying to communicate with them. Communication is more than only language, at least try to communicatie in any way you can. Their Italian Breakfast is very unhealthy, only a wide selection of sweet cakes. It was selfservice for the other (mostly Italian) guests, but I got a plate full of cake served in front of me, before I could even go see what I wanted to eat. We were told not to use the coffee machine for espresso, but the other guests did use it. There was only unlimited coffee in a tap (selfservice), with milk and sugar already added to it. It didn't taste good. After my breakfast (at about 8.30 am), one of the staff members asked me what time we were checking out (suddenly there was communication). When I said i wasn't sure and asked what time the check out was, she said that we had to check out at 10:00 am. In the reservation of booking.com was mentioned that check out is between 10:00 and 11:00, so I said that 10:00 was too early for us, but we would leave as soon as possible...
