The property was so clean and had everything we needed. It had board games, kitchen utensils, Netflix , tvs in every room and a great view of the sea. The beach was very close by and the pool was great.

Simply fabulous! Everything is new and in excellent condition. Plenty of room, close to beaches, supermarket, and restaurants. Host was extremely helpful and very responsive. Gorgeous view, extremely clean, and very modern. A must stay. If I ever come to Zadar again, this is the only place I want to stay!

Immediately after arrival I knew, it was the best pick of accommodation I could do in Zadar. Amazing-looking apartment with stunning sea view. Apartment is located close to public beaches, which are just few minutes of walk away. Close to apartment are also amazing restaurants, so after all day of relaxing at the beach, you have many great options to go for dinner. I am sure, once I will have chance to visit Zadar again, I will for sure pick Kortina.

Nothing, perfect stay!

The hosts are lovely and the flat is brand new👌 I felt at home with my family. They have everything you need for cooking, netflix and air conditioner through all the house, washing and dryer machines, a bathtub and two showers plus an amazing view. The pool was warm and not crowded.

A stylish, spacious and exceptionally well-appointed apartment with stunning views of the marina, the islands beyond and Zadar old town. The apartment is perfectly presented and there's a plentiful supply of china, glasses and implements and every kitchen gadget you could need, all top quality, as is all the tech supplied. There's a convenient bus stop although we enjoyed the walk around the harbour to the old town, and a lovely sandy beach and lagoon at Nin, a short drive away. Karla was extremely helpful and made our check-in and check-out very straightforward. We loved our holiday here and recommend this apartment 100%.
