Really clean and bright, nice decor, comfy, spacious, had a washing machine, was able to check in early, staff responded to queries promptly and eventually sent someone round to help when I couldn’t work the air con, nice size including fridge and freezer. Easy check in and out process, convenient to have a key safe. Handy location for markets and city though would be nice to be a bit closer to sea. Totally walkable though. Really nice that urn and hot plate were provided for Shabbat.
Lacked some basics eg. Kitchen paper, silver foil, sellotape. Would have liked instructions for air con: sometimes it got too cold but we struggled to work out the best settings (we come from a country where we don’t use air con!).
On last day, not able to contact the office as instructed to arrange somewhere to leave luggage after check-out

Nice clean comfortable apt. Was very pleased with the customer service. Great location. Enjoyed my stay, & would definitely come again. Thank you!
While booking I was told luggage can be held prior to check in. Afterwards was told otherwise. Luckily it still worked out since the room was ready earlier. I was forced to pay VAT taxes before check in, since I have Israeli citizenship. I was told to try to get reimbursed at the airport upon exiting Israel.

The appartment was spacious and well equipped. I especially liked the shadowed terrace. And the location is also great.
The staff reacted quickly.
It could have been a bit cleaner, but it’s typical for the country.
If you have a car, you could either use one of the costly parking a nearby or spend much time trying to find a place in the street.

The garden is great, the flat itself is very nice.
Perfect for a couple!
this appt is for two people maximum, usual double bed in the bedroom, and the sofa is not suitable for sleeping - its a torture and will kill your back
We had difficulties communicating with the management, having problems with hot water, and asking for extra blankets
wifi didn't work for a few days. finally it was fixed but turned out not to be very fast either, so most of the time we had to use travel sim internet
The area is very central, which is nice but also means it gets loud at night. So, given that the doors to the garden cannot be closed properly, the living room is not suitable for sleeping as it's very loud.
