A newly renovated, stylish 2 bedroom apartment with amazing sea view
Ricky's House is a newly renovated, stylish 2-bedroom apartment located on the second and third floors of an old farmers’ building and reachable via twenty stairs.
The apartment is in the picturesque village of Nerano, an enchanting place immersed in a Mediterranean landscape, nestled between hills and sea. The apartment is only 10 minutes on foot from Marina del Cantone, a marina and beach in the Gulf of Salerno.
The apartment is filled with natural light, in line with the maritime tradition. The blue and white tones enhance the brightness, comfort and openness of the modern space that's furnished with elegance and taste. On the first floor, open plan, the entrance alcove separates the kitchen from the large lounge and living room featuring a L shaped white sofa, a 46” flat screen Satellite Tv and a dining area with a table for four. An amazing sea view from the living room window will greet you every time you pass.
If you love cooking, you will be very happy with the dine-in kitchen with shiny blue stainless-steel appliances. It is equipped with all the essentials including gas stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and mocha coffee maker. The small four-person table is perfect for having breakfast immersed in the natural light or for casual dining in the evenings. A set of glass doors opens onto a small balcony overlooking the countryside; here you will find a washing machine and a dryer.
Also, on the ground floor is a blue and white bathroom with a spacious shower and modern bathroom fixtures.
A wide stairway with glass balustrades leads to the sleeping quarters on the second floor, featuring high, slightly sloping ceilings with exposed wooden beams.
The double bedroom is neatly furnished and has access to a small balcony overlooking the sea, while across the hall is the single bedroom with a quaint maritime décor. The single bedroom features direct access to an oversized sun-drenched terrace (approx. 15sqm) with views on the countryside and furnished with outdoor lounge chairs. Both bedrooms are fitted with flat screen Satellite TVs.
The second bathroom, located on the upper level, is also tastefully decorated with maritime colors and features modern bathroom fixtures, a hair dryer, a wide mosaic shower enclosure and a Jacuzzi bath.
The apartment has centralized air-conditioning, heating system and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

Great property for the family and amazing views.

Pippos place was an absolute dream stay for us! We spent a week there away from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi and Positano. The property was more than we could have hoped for. It was stocked with all the essentials for cooking. If traveling with a family, I recommend purchasing your cooking supplies(chicken or beef ect.) in Sorrento prior to coming to Nerano. There is a small market down below with some small goods to purchase. There is a wonderful pizza and gelato shoo within a 10 minute walk. We walked down the hill and took advantage of Pippos boat to tour Amalfi, Positano, and Capri. We avoided the drive to Sorrento and back that most would have to take to enjoy a tour. The home itself has a wonderful view of the Ocean and a lovely terrace to watch the sunset. I highly recommend Pippos home. We will be returning again and no doubt will stay here. There is a parking spot as well for your rental car. You will need a car to arrive, but just used ours to go to Pompei and Sorrento. It was a nice touch to have a parking spot as it’s limited in town. We met some great locals in town who were nice and friendly and rented beach chairs, swam in the ocean and relaxed. Pippo was a phone call away if we needed anything at all. We felt right at home. Thank again Pippo and family

One of the best location. Very close to hiking trails. Very clean and spacious. It feels like home. The manager is very nice and friendly. I will definitely return to this house. We totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you Peppe for making our stay memorable.

Our stay was incredible in this property, the owners and Cleila their assistant were by far the most acomomodating we truly felt as we belonged in this village, they treated us like royalty. No words to describe....I’m a traveler and I’m in the hospitality industry so I tend to look for all details in very critical way but there was not one thing these owners left out at this property, The home is beautiful and so well designed as is on the pictures, if only pictures could translate the feel you would want to pack your bags and go ther immediately. Our beds were the most confortable from all our stays, this owners really put a lot of thought on this property, if you decide to stay here all you need is maybe a small car to drive around as is so easy to find your way around and your stay would be one of the best in this coast. If not the town bus stop is only a few steps from your front door.I have been in this area before and we stayed in Sorrento and Positano at great hotels but this time we decided on Nerano as it was in between the two and we wanted to avoid being in the middle of the tourist crowds all day long, it is the most peaceful at night, everyone knows each other, the owners are extremely accessible and accommodating, probably the most of all out 5 HomeAway rentals. Pippo, Rosa & Cleila are one the most Elite, Kind,Sencire & Genuine people you will ever meet, they make you feel like family immediately.Pippos wife owns an amazing restaurant right by the water, we had the most amazing food and service, there is enough restaurants of high quality in the area at times you don’t even want to leave the village.If you stay here you are going to want to be back sooner then you think.. love it, love it!!!!
