Hanoi Dalvostro Valentino Hotel & Spa

Breakfast was really nice for a small hotel and and small spread. Location was very convenient and in the Old Quarter surrounded by alot of shops and food choices The staff were very friendly, spoke good English and attentive

Just be aware that its not the quietest of room even late at night. It wasnt a very big problem though, still slept OK The fitout is quite old. Could do with a renovation to be honest, but that will only just make it much more expensive so it was good enough. Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but if you arrive on a weekend, dont be surprised if the roads are closed to traffic. Our Grab had do drop us outside the perimeter of pedestrian zone and we had to make our way by foot. As long as you can read google maps you will find the hotel without much problem

Brilliant location down a side street just off the lake. Breakfast was excellent with a nice rooftop setting Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us

The staff were the standout here, they were phenomenal, remembering little things about our trip and plans, nothing was too much trouble. They truly made the experience amazing, especially Anna. Room was comfortable, WiFi was fantastic for the calls we needed to make, and the location was fantastic.

The shower didn’t drain as well as it should have, but no issue.

Staff are friendly and accomodating.

The room a bit small.
