The apartment was very clean, located in a great spot in Rome, and accommodated our family trip of 6 people. The host, Patrizia was very responsive and her colleague Francesco went above and beyond to ensure a good stay for us, even offering a ride from the airport. The apartment had everything we needed to include utensils, glassware, a washer and dryer, and even a hair dryer and iron. Overall the stay was very pleasant. Highly recommend staying here.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Rien. L'appartement était parfait !

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We did not use them but there is a washing machine and drier along with washing liquid products which would be great if staying longer. The balcony is great to have and we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the world go by. Although this is on a very busy main road with lots of noise from traffic trams and sirens. Although this also means you are within 1 minute walk of trams to travel towards the Plaza Venezia where you can then walk to the sites over that side of the river very easily. Contact from the owner and staff was excellent and minor issue we had with bed set up was resolved within hours.

We were really disappointed by the fact that there was significant building works going on at the building the apartment is in. There was drilling when we arrived which went on for hours. The workmen then arrived around 8am the next morning and started banging and drilling again for hours, waking us up. When we raised this with the owner she told us the works were due to have finished days ago. We absolutely would not have stayed here if we had known this to be the situation and feel we should have been told about this and given the opportunity to cancel and find another place to stay. This should have been our choice. The scaffolding is right outside one of the bedrooms so the workmen were walking past and could see in (see photo). Hopefully this work will all be done by the time the next guests stay here but we definitely advise checking this if you’re due to stay here.
