Marisso Hotel

Great location. Just outside the main city center so it was quiet but easy access to restaurants, shops and public transportation. Breathtaking view from the balcony! Breakfast was good, lots of options, and I was able to take my breakfast and coffee to my room.

The room, the peaceful vibes, the quietness, and the complete privacy at all times. The location is exceptional. It is extremely close to the Fabrika bus station, the iconic windmills, Paralia Megali Ammos beach, and a small local market. On top of that, the staff is fantastic and incredibly helpful. From the very first moment, Katerina at the front desk gave us the warmest welcome; she is an absolute sweetheart and made us feel right at home with her attentive and supportive nature. Kosas, the gentleman in charge of breakfast, was also exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. The cleanliness of both the room and the entire hotel was impeccable. The views are absolutely incredible. The pool is beautiful, super clean, and refreshing, offering stunning panoramic views—plus, they provide clean pool and beach towels upon request at reception. Lastly, there is a lovely covered outdoor terrace where breakfast is served, featuring dream-like views of the sea, the port, the windmills, and the town.

The pillows were not very comfortable, and there was no electric outlet in the bathroom. Additionally, the only access to the hotel is something important to keep in mind: it is located up a very steep hill with quite a bit of traffic. There are no sidewalks or handrails to hold onto, making it a very challenging walk and definitely not recommended for elderly people or anyone with mobility issues. Lastly, regarding the breakfast, while it was decent and served buffet-style, it was very repetitive—it offered only the essentials and was the exact same every single day.

It had a pool and breakfast included. The gentleman at the bar and at breakfast was great. So helpful and friendly and Mary was welcoming

The hill; the bathroom is tiny. It is very noisy with people coming home up to 4 am and paper thin walls. No water supplied in rooms. We had noisy air conditioner we had to wait one day to fix - no sleep and disappointed with transfer where it was not clear we had to pay as when we arrived the hotel said we will now book your transfer to airport and the way it was communicated appeared that was their service. Watch for this as cost is 40 euro for 20 minutes we could have arranged cheaper
