Lovely modern apartment, nicely decorated, comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen with 2 ring induction hob, microwave and small oven/ grill, coffee maker and kettle. The kettle was useful to heat water for washing up, like most of the places we stayed in Costa Rica the tap water is the ambient temperature. Washing machine holds 19 kg, and there's a huge tumble dryer. Good shower with lots of hot water . Host Vanessa was lovely and super helpful, she organised a tour for us much cheaper than we could have booked ourselves on line. The property doesn't have any signage, Vanessa will send you a link to Google maps. It is directly opposite the gym. The gym has lots of equipment albeit a bit outdated but they work . Day pass was 3000 colones(2024) There are a couple of restaurants within a few minutes walk . The central town area is about a 10 minute walk on pavements which were lit at night . Great value for money. We travelled by car, the roads to the property are all good . The property is within a few minutes walking distance of the main road.

Coming from the temperate UK, I struggle to sleep in the warmth of Costa Rica, a fan would be a lovely addition. There was some noise from dogs and motorbikes

Good location for local amenities and a great base to explore the wider areas. Excellent facilities for self catering. Very good contact with the owner, who can help book activities and attractions.

Nice apartment to stay in Santa Elena. The best of it is the gist Vanessa. She was beyond helpful and responded quickly to our messages. Even booked a ziplining tour for us!

What an amazing stay! Vanessa was so friendly and helpful. She gave us all the information before hand so arrival and check in was super easy. The location was great for us. Short walk out of town, quiet, good food within walking distance. Felt like we were at home. Va essa helped us book tours and made loads of recommendations. The apartment was clean, washing machine and dryer (important for a travelling family of 5!), satellite tv. Biiiig beds! :)) left the doors open when we were there, felt super safe. Felt like we were at home.
