Die Angestellten an der Bar/Restaurant waren top!!!
An der Reception hatte ich leider gemerkt, dass sie „saisonmüde“ waren, verständlich mit schwierigen Gästen den ganzen Winter, aber nicht alle Gäste gehören in den gleichen Topf und ich bin mit jedem Mensch auf gleicher Augenhöhe..
..Und wo noch das Glas mit Negroni von der Bar sei, welches ich letzte Nacht mit ins Zimmer genommen habe, wurde ich gefragt beim Checkout.. Man wird angeschaut, sls wäre man ein gemeiner Dieb, obwohl ich das Objekt im Zimmer gelassen habe wie bei jedem Roomservice, den ich in Anspruch genommen habe.
Ein schaler Nachgeschmack bleibt..

Great location next to the village centre. Decent breakfast and helpful staff. The hotel has a nice guest lounge if you have a small room for a break out area. The hotel offers a free pick up service from the station if you have luggage and has parking underneath . The better rooms are the larger ones with balcony , so pay more the upgrade if you can . Stayed for 10 days to visit my son at the local school during the busiest time of year being mid -feb .
Not much for the price range for a 3.5- 4 star hotel . It is decent value when comparing against the very expensive local 5 star hotels

Das Hotel liegt zentral und die Promenade durch Gstaad ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Comfortable lounge area and really cute bar. Room facilities including water, tea selection, aromatic bathing soaps, face towels and moisturizer were great coming off the mountain, as was the wellness centre with spa and sauna facilities.
Room had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Price of alcoholic drinks made it too expensive to enjoy the bar.

Hotel and hospitality were exceptional and they are always smiling and ready to serve.
Just suggested that breakfast needs to be more multi cultural, it was pure English breakfast though it was very healthy and nutritional.

We’ve booked a family room and the sofa was not that comfortable, they helped us and made it much more comfortable. Thank you staff!!
The breakfast was amazing, the refurbished rooms were also so chic. everything was clean and the hotel was relaxing.
The billard must not be charged. I mean they could do better and provide a free of charge billard game if they even provide some entertainment like that.

there were reconstruction of some rooms in place, but done but very elegant and quite way without disturbing guests

l like everything in hotel. they have a car pick you up from train station of Gstaad to hotel for free with out any pay . The view was amazing in family room, the bathroom was very good, the staff was friendly and always smiling, everything was very good. And I classify this hotel as a five star hotel. Thank you for everything
Just in the breakfast they need to but something for vegetarians people. because my kids was allergies from eggs and milk, and everything continue that’s very difficult for us to found something for him, Bread also contains eggs and milk 😊.

Staff, Room for 4 was comfortable with Balcony as a bonus. Great views and well maintained property. Complimentary shuttle from train station, courteous staff and excellent breakfast included.

I loved this location. The staff was very kind and friendly. I was very appreciative of their efforts.
The breakfast selection was incredibly varied and the options were very fresh. I looked forward to breakfast every day, and was sad that I missed it my departure date.
The restaurant/bar was quite lovely. I would point out to American travelers, that it is considered highly unusual for women to sit alone at a bar in Switzerland. That being said, I don't like sitting alone at a table, so I did it anyway.
