Questo bellissimo 1900 Mq. proprietà dispone di una piscina in terra, pavimenti in legno, splendidi arredi e cabine armadio. Il piano terra ha ripostiglio e ingressi, con vano scala al primo piano che ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con ampio armadio e terrazza con vista sulla piscina e una camera da letto sul lato della strada con 2 gemelli. Anche bagno completo con combinazione doccia / vasca. Al primo piano si trova anche la lavanderia con lavatrice commerciale ad alta capacità. Il piano principale ha una bella cucina e una zona giorno perfetta per grandi riunioni di famiglia con banconi in granito grande tavolo da pranzo e un camino a gas per godersi le fredde serate invernali e un ponte con vista sulla piscina. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno. L'ultimo piano ha vista sull'oceano dal ponte principale che si affaccia anche sulla piscina. Overall we made the most of our stay here. Issues about cleanliness began to show when we started putting sheets and pillowcases on the beds that were provided.
We had to buy our own pillows because the ones provided all had dark stains on them and we refused to use them.
The fridge could not keep anything cold because the coils were caked with years of dust.
Dust covered cobwebs were in the corners of the bedroom I stayed in as well as toe nails on the bathroom mat.
The bathroom shower head was covered in mildew.
The balcony furniture was in bad condition with one having a seat that was busted and unusable.
Dishes were put back in the cabinets without even seeing that they were still dirty. Mugs stained with coffee and pans still covered with oil.
If the house had a deep clean from top to bottom, old pillows and sheets replaced, and the carpets cleaned this would be well worth the money.
Unfortunately when issues were brought up to the rental company, we were told we should have contacted the cleaning company ourselves instead of relying on the rental company to do so.
I would not recommend this property unless you can view it first to make sure the above issues have been taken care of.

The property and location were beautiful. The. house was well appointed and had everything that we needed. Having a private pool for my family was definitely a plus for my two children. Would stay again for sure.

This was exactly what we needed and everything we wanted. Check in was pleasant and ahead of schedule. Everything was set up for us and all we had to do was relax and enjoy our week.

The house had everything we need. The location was perfect and having the pool to ourself was amazing. I will say there was not a "deep clean" that was done to the house before our arrival. We could definitely tell their were previous occupants as trash was around in areas. Dust was around the sinks, toothpaste was in the sink, hair was on a shower wall, and in the downstairs bedroom there looked to be dog poop left on the floor. Once we did a little cleaning ourselves it was a great stay. I would just say maybe do a better cleaning job next time. The one thing I thought was super annoying was as soon as we got there we had to make our own beds. There is a bag with linens and towels in it and none of the sheets are titled with what bed they go to so that was a fun game to figure out. I feel like the price you're paying the place should be spotless and you shouldn't have to make the bedding upon arrival.
Their are A LOT of stairs so keep that in mind. Having the elevator was nice but it does not go up to the master suite or the other bedroom upstairs. There is not a bathroom on the main level either which was a bummer.
I do not think we will be staying here again and Carolina Beach in general lacked the entertainment for us. For 25 years we have went to Hilton Head and decided to try Carolina Beach this year and I can say we will not be back. Almost all of the restaurants are closed Monday-Thursday leaving only the weekend to go out.

The seven of us (6 adults and 1 infant) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had more than enough space for my family. The elevator was a hit for unloading and loading the cars and the pool was a refreshing way to end our evenings. Those who like to cook a meal (we enjoy breakfast in) just note one burner doesn’t work (the front right I think) but it was definitely something we easily worked around. The convenience to the beach is a huge plus as well, though I must admit we drove on the day of our beach excursion. Let’s face it a 9 month old needs a lot of stuff to spend time on the beach. 🙂 We most certainly enjoyed our stay and will be back again if all of our family work schedules will allow us to do so.

The property is in a nice, quiet location within walking distance to the ocean, many shops and restaurants. The home was clean and spacious. There are many stairs but the elevator made life easier while unpacking and moving throughout the house. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor shower was convenient to keep a mess out of the house. There is a shed on the property that has boogie boards, pool toys and sand toys available for use.
We enjoyed our stay and will book with Bullard Realty again- next time, a home with fewer steps. Some of my family was too stubborn to use the elevator!

We had a great stay at Jacks! We had 4 different families come together for a wonderful summer vacation. This property gave us great socializing space with a spacious main floor and also a pool we could hang at. You could control the temperature on each level, and there is an elevator if the stairs become to much. All in all the 4 families enjoyed their time at Jacks and we are already talking about going next year!

We had the best stay! The rental was exactly as pictured online. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I don’t think we’ve ever had an easier rental process or check in. The private pool was my children’s favorite part. We had it all to ourselves because the unit beside us was empty for most of the week. The elevator is definitely a plus as there are a lot of stairs in the house..
We highly recommend this house and Bullard Reality! We hope to rent from them again.

Stay at house.
The patio furniture for the pool was not in good shape. The house has potential to be a very nice place. The kitchen was my favorite area. The living room space as ok, the bed rooms were ok but they had a slight oder and had to spray bed every night to sleep. Bed rooms had very nice space., and it would have been nice if the elevator went to the top floor. Check in was fantastic, very nice and extremely helpful staff.

A FUN TIME
The Bullard realty ladies are super easy to work with and I enjoyed the stay! This home is a short walk away from beach access and the neighborhood was really nice!

Good stay
Overall this was a good rental. Not too far from the beach or stores and restaurants. Elevator is nice to use if you don't want to lug your belongings up and down the stairs. You share the pool which was fine since the neighbors are nice.
Could provide more bath and kitchen towels for a larger family but we only stayed 3 days so we made it work. The shower heads need cleaned.

My mom wanted to get away and Jack's Beach house was perfect for our family.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home is within walking distance to the beach, and we all enjoyed the pool!! Jack's house had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of cookware, dishes, a blender; it was all there. We will definitely come back for a visit.

Realty company was incredibly helpful and nice. House was every nice and clean. All of us really enjoyed the pool. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. House was well stocked with all the kitchen things we needed Eleven of us stayed there and we did not feel like we were on top of each other with all the levels. All the bedrooms had tvs, which was nice for the kids playing their video games and adults wanted to watch something else. The elevator was nice when carrying luggage and groceries. I would recommend this place for a large group.

Excellent Vacation with Bullard Realty!!
Everything was awesome. They found my grandsons Mickey Mouse stuffed animal after we departed. He was shipped home in 2 days. We are extremely grateful for the hospitality we received!!!
