Management was so attentive. Great Communication even down to restaurant recommendations. Condo lovely and incredible view. Very quiet and peaceful. Go again.

Great location and property. We stay at Surf Villas every time we visit Florida and are never disappointed. The condo is literally steps from the beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean.

This condo is comfortable and cozy and is situated nicely for a good ocean vista. I totally enjoyed staying here. It has the essentials and worked fine for me. Others might like more wine glasses (there were 2). If I had an easy fix to suggest it would be to add some insulated plastic glasses for the patio (there are none).
The ice maker was broken, and I contacted the property manager who is usually extremely responsive but did not hear back from her. Buying a bag of ice was no problem, (as I told her) but the ice maker needs to be fixed.

This was the perfect place to stay, cozy, private beach, not a lot of people, found a decent amount of shark teeth. We will definitely be back to this area and I would stay here again.

This place was great, everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach, which is a mere 50 feet away from your back door. It was quiet, and relaxing. Virginia was very responsive and the check in process worked exactly as stated in the instructions. Small washing machine and be prepared to wash your sheets before checkout (not a big deal at all!)
I’ve read some of the negative reviews and I’m not really sure what the expectation was for those renters. It’s not South Beach folks, it’s Jacksonville. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to get away for a week and have a low key, quite, beach vacation with not a whole lot of fluff, with easy access to a beautiful beach, and close enough to Jax beach if you are looking for some places to eat! Thanks we had an awesome week.

This property is a disgrace. 30 years out dated and in disrepair. I have the pictures to prove it
Mold and mildew, Warped front door. Sliding glass door is a chipped and worn out same with front window. Shower needs to be regrouted. Also a oversized air filter is stuffed into the furnace. I think you get the picture and yes I did take pictures.
I complained to the property manager on multiple occasions and finally she said the owner would reimburse 40 a day because of the conditions.
If the hadn't advertised this as a luxury location and were truthfull I never would of rented this property. It is in a premium location with million dollar homes. Which led me to believe that it was a luxury location.

Beautiful ocean front condo with easy access to the beach. We have stayed here for a week for the past two years and were not disappointed.

Our two weeks were fabulous. Right on the beach and steps away from the ocean were wonderful for all.

This worked out to be a great location.....right on the beach and inside the Sawgrass community. You can't beat the ability to walk out the patio door and walk straight to the beach. Ponte Vedra is a great place for a beach getaway (our second time staying in this area). For an improvement to the property, perhaps some new couches for lounging??

Very charming villa on the ocean!
We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is updated and decor is charming. Access to the beach is so easy! Enjoyed our time on the patio the most. The view is spectacular! The unit has a little musty smell, prob due to age and being on the water. Management company did bring over or freshener and offered to change ac filter!

Beachfront gem
Didn’t realize when we booked that the property is direct beachfront. We pulled in at night after a long drive, and opened the back door and though we couldn’t see much, we heard the ocean! My daughters reaction, “is that the beach?!” Yes, yes it is. And a beautiful beach at that. This is the perfect condo to enjoy the area. Very upscale, clean property in a great location, with responsive management.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! It was my moms 75th birthday and the first floor location and ease to the beach was phenomenal! We love, love, LOVED our time and cannot WAIT to return!!!!

Clean and Tidy Condo
The property is clean and tidy - only 150 feet to beautiful beaches. Be prepared to wash linens and towels before you leave - this is kind of a bummer, but that's the deal. You do feel rushed to leave. The gated access was nice so you feel secure.
Bed is comfy with plenty of pillows. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Wifi and TV were great. Great furniture on the patio for lounging.
The only real downside was the check-out process and that this is a bottom floor unit. Busy other units with kids and lots of in and out.

Relaxing spot at the beach
610 Surf Villa is equipped with all the necessities.The ocean was right out the door!! The building has been around a long time but was well kept up including a beautiful kitchen. Property manager was very attentive to our needs. We would stay there again.

This property is tired...very tired
On the good side, the distance from the lanai to the beach is the selling point. On the other hand, don't let the Ponte Vedra address fool you. The communal pool is about a mile away from the property. The check out policy (wash, dry, and fold the sheets and towels before the 10am check out) was a surprise. Be prepared.

Very white and easy to use
We enjoyed the week at the property and the property rental team was very user friendly. It is all as advertised with great beach and club access. Space itself was very accommodating. Would definitely return to stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Amazing View!
We absolutely loved our stay in this quiet Ponte Vedra condo. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. The view from the patio is stunning. We cannot wait to go back!
