From the moment We got there we had a hard time with the key pad to get in. You can lock it but to get in Was not good. So we could not use front door to get in. Floors had dog hair on it, ice maker in door was not working. Host said it freezes up when not in use. However, pool was cold due to lower temperatures, (of which we expected) but listing says "heated pool"... host said the people b4 us shut pump off for some reason. So not sure why if someone was there b4 us why ice maker did not work properly. It produced ice if you pull it out from inside. She said they would crank up heater to the pool... but didn't. My son went out and did it.
So on day 3 of the 5....we finally had a heated pool. Master bedroom/bathroom was gross. Hair in shower, floor not clean and sink was dirty. No liner in garbage just tossed behind door. No Real laundry soap to speak of. Just a small amount in a sandwich bag. House layout was great! 3 front bedrooms were great! Stovetop only had 1 burner that worked properly and we had to fix the Gas grill to get it to work. We liked the house location... perfectly location by the boathouse cape beach! Host always messaged back promptly which we appreciated. Would go back to same house if things were better and Cleaned... just because of spacious of home and location.
