Questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni offre splendide viste sull'oceano. La porta di questo condominio si apre sul soggiorno / sala da pranzo. C'è una cucina completa completa di tutto il necessario. La prima camera da letto ha un letto king size e la seconda camera da letto 2 Full, entrambe le camere hanno il proprio bagno completo. L'alba è incredibile e la brezza dell'oceano è semplicemente perfetta dal ponte di questo condominio. L'unità non accetta animali domestici e è consentito fumare solo all'esterno. Ci sono griglie per barbecue della comunità sulla proprietà e tavoli da picnic nelle vicinanze. I bambini adoreranno anche il parco giochi e la piscina comunitaria. Nascosti tra le dune dorate dell'Isola Mustang, i condomini Beachhead godono tutti di una fantastica vista sul golfo. I servizi complessi includono una piscina, un parco giochi e una passerella privata per la spiaggia a pochi passi da una qualsiasi delle unità. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was just like the description. The view of the beach was excellent from the porch and bedroom. Clean, plenty of beds, great kitchen that had everything we needed. The A/C worked great, plenty of hot water. It was so easy to walk to the beach and the covered parking was an extra bonus. I would recommend this unit and I look forward to my next visit.

The location was great. But. The photos from the listing VS the actual home was extremely disappointing. From the air vents being rusty and dusty and everyone having a cough now to the toilet paper shoved in the ceiling in the bathroom it was not what we were expecting. They do not treat this like a normal short term rental, there was no salt and pepper for cooking, no more than 1 towel per person and absolutely no extra blankets if someone wanted to sleep on the couch. When renting. Short term rental most of these items end up becoming normal so it was disappointing not to have some of the basics and having to buy them from the store ourselves. The MOST disappointing aspect was 1 towel per person for a 3 night / 4 day stay. And when I messaged requesting more towels I was left on read. I’d never stay here again and I encourage you to look elsewhere too! There’s too many rentals in the area to deal with lack of communication from the host and lack of effort for the owners to make this a better experience. 1) give more towels 2) respond when messaged 3) change the vents and clean the air filter vent 4) fix the holes in the ceiling
